hey Karen, i found a author that has basically the same mindset letting go let god but she takes it further that she said the whole person, environment meditate etc. think, just my \opinion you might like her book its on audio and kindle. well at work. Esther m. sternbe3rg m.d. she is Jewish but went to Lourdes to pray and meditate. how cool is that, healing spaces, amazon recommend the other book Esther did this other one to balance within. I stripped off the plastic coating on I think 16 gauge, heavier, copper house wire. What I googled said 20 inches bent them for handles, said the clearing prayer and the rest is history. I think I will add shortened plastic straws as handles, thx for the idea.😊
