Hi Karen. I chose #3. The word bloody is one my Grandma used a lot. She was Polish but loved using this word. She only went to school until the 3rd grade. She was "bloody brilliant" when it came to math. The women could add 3 numbers across and at least 20 down. She was correct every single time. Can you imagine where she could have gone in education given the chance. She also marched for women's right to vote. This card is a nod from my Grandma for me. The tears are streaming down my face. Picked card #2. It resonates with me because I have been saying that I can not focus enough to meditate. If I continue trying to do the breathing technique, maybe I will eventually be able to calm my mind. I guess I need to keep plugging at it. #5 usually tells us of change, transformation, etc... I usually see 555 before something significant changes in my life. #3 is associated with balance - mind, body and spirit. The #3 is also often associated with divine help from the Ascended Masters. Gosh Karen & Jesus, that was So cool!. #1 matched for me. My body has taken a lot of hits over the years & I've recently been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer now in my pelvis bones. So, I certainly am interested in what my body parts want to tell me in addition to what I already intuitively know. Guilt, shame, anger, & fear come to mind. Family betrayal lessons since birth. I'm a healer I'm told. So, I fear I'm expected to heal myself with the help of God. I'm afraid of not doing it right & being a failure at it. So, all that said, here goes!😊

I recommend you get the book The Emotion Code and delve into how you can release those emotions. It’s a really great resource for how to identify and release the emotions that have become stuck energy in your body. It’s a wonderful complement to whatever traditional treatment you’re receiving and it’s really important to address the emotional aspects of dis-ease. You got this! It was “bloody brilliant”, Karen! I chose 3, but 2 would have worked just as well for me. I teach Qigong and Tai Chi, and card 2 is an image I often see in my mind’s eye when I am teaching or practicing. Card 3 has so many points of focus-the color blue represents the throat Chakra (speaking your truth), the markings on the Peacock feathers look like eyes, so the 3rd eye Chakra (intuition) and the spread of the Peacock’s tail could represent expanded consciousness, the quiet confidence represented by the regal stance of the peacock. I first selected Card #2 but Card #3 really spoke to me. I had been told I was not very smart. This occurred throughout my life early on. I heard that from authority figures around me. Before you did the “quieting” exercise I thought 1, but then I closed my eyes and the number 5 flashed in my mind. I thought that was weird since it’s not an option, so I second guessed myself and went through 1-2-3 in my head to see which I had the strongest pull towards…it was 1.
