I'm so unfit but wanted to try 30 mins a day gentle walking. Only managed 15 mins my first day, today, at 4km/hr but little goals

Amazing results!!! This motivated to do it I was laying in bed and when I saw the results I went outside and did 1000 it took me 20min but that's okay and I burned 203 calories so that is a little more then I burn with a two mile run! ❤

A good reason to do the seated workout would be if you are the type 🙋🏻♀️ to bail on an outdoor walk because it is too hot, raining, too cold, too late at night I am, however, getting a treadmill so I can do consistent walks, and do them at an incline. I wish I would have gotten a treadmill in 2020 or 2021 - would have kept my weight down these past few years 😩😭 But then seated workout would still be great for me when I decide I need to sit and watch a baseball game or too many you tube videos Also if you have an injury that flares up and sometimes prevents you from doing all of your goal steps. Mine is plantar fasciitis and also arthritis 👍

Hi, discovered your channel today and loving it :) just a few things to note from someone who has been gluten free for eight years now - First of all, if you dont have a wheat allergy, a gluten intolerance or coeliac disease, you dont need to eat gluten free and it's not going to magically cure you. If you have ongoing stomach issues that cant be explained then its worth trying a gluten free diet - that's what happened to me and after years of doctors not knowing whats wrong my coeliac friend said she recognised my symptoms and ive not had issues since I stopped eating gluten. Even then, Id recommend speaking to your doctor before cutting it out - I tried it myself as a last resort. Gluten free is a huge learning curve. A gluten free diet is NOT necessarily healthier, which is something I heard you say a lot. All of the processed, pre-packaged foods you bought - even the bread - is full of preservatives, sugar and chemicals to mimic gluten. When I first went gluten free I put on so much weight. If you look back at my first travel vlogs compared to now, I'm literally half the size now and all that's changed was learning how to be gluten free. Instead of buying gluten free replacements like bread and pasta, focus on eating whole foods. I typically have greek yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, some kind of oats, or an omelette if I know I'm going to have a busy day and I won't have time for lunch. For lunch I have a salad and I make it more filling with protein rich foods and carbohydrates like rice or chickpeas. Dinner is the easiest one - we make lots of one pot meals to have with rice and keep them in the freezer for busy days, or we do chicken or fish with potatoes and salad. Gluten free replacements are EXPENSIVE. Make your own with whole foods or limit how much you eat them. We make pitta bread all the time - it's only a few ingredients, healthier and better than store bought. Not saying this to be negative, but I think its important to know the facts. I got so much advice from facebook groups when I first went gluten free and that really sped up the learning process.

Thank you for your inputs and diligence in taking us with your journey. I was wondering if you made any tweaks in your diet? I just started this too and I am following the 80-20 rule when it comes to eating clean. How’s it going for you now? Do share your recent progress with us. I guess this diet works because you are chewing 40-60 times per bite. I would get sick of chewing and not want to eat at all. They took the enjoyment out of eating and made it just miserable. Reb looks great but I will stay fat.

This has convinced me to get back into walking. Before the lockdown, I'd always park further away from work so I could walk. But then I got moved to remote and I've always missed going on those walks. We do small walks after work with our dog, but I think I'll try to walk more before work again
