Great Deal! I bought it off the clearance rack for $6. Searched for this mop & saw that it was $30 at B-B-Beyond. Watched the how to video online while in the check out line. After getting it home... had issues at first getting mop head out of the sleeve. So, I watched the video again. Took me a few times to get the hang of it - works perfectly now. When wringing out mop head in the spin feature... I tap the mop (while still in the sleeve) on the floor to release the tension & that allows me to pull the mop head out much easier & faster. I too thought it was a crap find... Now I know how to work it. Cleaned my entire house, with no back aches from heavy mop lifting. Super easy to use... Just unscrewed it to toss in the washing machine. Best Mop Ever! Hope this helps -NewUser.

Wish it wasn't discontinued. Ours finally wore out so the mop head isn't latched in when we pull it to spin. Favorite mop ever - don't need to fill a bucket, just wet it in the sink, wring it in the sink.

Thanks God I'm not the only one! This thing was about to drive me CRazy!! But listen to Dancing Big Guy below. I put the mop on the floor and kneeled on the cylinder with both knees and then pushed the handle down and it popped out. It's still not a great mop by any means but it is working now, consistently.

Either mine is broken or it is the DUMBEST Mop ever designed! I've tried to get it to pull back so the mop part will come out but it only works every 12th time I try it. It Never spins right and the only way I can get water out of the mop head is to squeeze it with my hands. This is a total waste of money!

Yep - my mop head didn't want to come out either. Place the cylinder against the floor and push down.

Mine worked at first but, then it jammed up so I can't get the mop head out myself either. Even in the beginning I had real trouble with getting it to work. The few times it worked, it was good but, even then I had to fight with it. Now it's just totally inoperable. Cheap crap. Waste of money.

I really LOVE this mop & went back to get several more. So glad I bought one before reading these reviews! It works perfectly. I did have to read instructions before operating it, but they are quite clear with photos & this video is good, too. You do have to listen for the clicks when opening and closing it. But once you figure it out, this mop is AWESOME. It does not spin quite as dry or have quite the coverage as the Clorox Spin & Dry system (which I like better than others of its kind that I have tried), but it takes up less room and is much faster to use. So I use this Casabella for quick pick-ups and if doing the whole floors I might use it to wash and rinse, and then run over them one last time with the Clorox. This keeps me from having to unscrew and replace the mop head in the middle of a job if the floor is really dirty.

mop works for me. You do need to tug a little bit to get the cover on and off. Took me awhile to figure it out but it works ok.

I wish I had read the reviews first before buying this. I read the directions then tried to get the mop out and it would not come out. So, you know when you have a to look at a KZbin video to figure out how to work a mop, you're in trouble. It turned out to be worse than that. AFTER watching the KZbin video, a few times, still couldn't get the mop to come out. Really angry because I drove all the way over to Bed Bath and Beyond to get this and I wanted to do my floors. I now have to return it another day. Don't waste your money - This is the worst mop ever.

I have been messing with this mop for hours. I got it on sale they were selling it normal cost for 37.99 and the mop head won't come out of bottom. I have watched videos read directions and still don't work. not very happy. It looks like a great mop if it would come out to use!!!

If the cover won’t slip up, try gently jabbing the mop at the ground. Otherwise, it’s a passable apartment mop.

True enough the mob doesn't work. $30! but I did call them and they gave me no problems sending out a new mop without any questions for which I am grateful because i lost my receipt. Sooo, I give them a👍 for great customer service!

Waste of money. The mop head itself is too small and too thin to do much of anything except move things around. The instructions were so poor I got online to find a video to make it work. Turns out, I was following the directions just fine -- the mop itself it just fussy and very difficult to handle. If you have any kind of joint, mobility, or strength issues, you will not be able to use this mop easily. After 30 minutes of trying to make it work efficiently, I gave up and scrubbed our bathroom floor the old fashioned way.

This does NOT WORK. You can spin until your head spins, but you still have to wring the mop by hand. The cover tends to fall down and cover the mop while you are mopping. The actual mop head cleans well, but is very difficult to clean as it doesn't release dirt - which is also why it cleans well. But just buy yourself a good mop with a bucket that has a basket where you can squeeze the water out of the mop instead. Cheaper and FAR better.

I HATE this mop. It never works like it's supposed to. It either wrings the mop when it's supposed to be exposing it or exposes it when it's supposed to be wringing it. Money wasted as far as I'm concerned.

I have watched the video and followed the directions. I have tried the suggestions posted here, and this mop does not work. It is true, with a struggle I can get it to spin one time out of ten or twelve tries, but the frustration level and wasted effort is obscene. I also called the company (using the phone number posted by them in one of the comments) but of course received no call back. I am angry about this... it's too late to return the mop because the escrow in our new house was delayed and by the time we actually got in and needed to use the mop it was too late to do a return or exchange . I really need this company to step up and make this right. I need a mop that works, or I need a refund!
