This is wrong.. You should add 1 1/2-2 cups water for each cup of quinoa. To cook 2 cups, you need to add at least 3 cups of water.

Thank you. I love to eat quinoa but never "used it". I didn't know if you needed to soak it over night, some people say to soak it in lemon or apple vinegar. I didn't know that it had to be cooked. I feel slow....but not anymore
