@@memyselfaddy Sorry I forgot to mention that in the video. The battery has to be disconnected when removing the airbag. Very dangerous if the battery is not disconnected

@@Its_farghini I plugged the cluster into the car without the needles. Let the car warm up to temperature. Then put the temperature needle in the middle. Fuel put back where it was b4 or fill tank to the top and put needle at the top. Rev put back on when car running and at steady idle just under 1000 rpm maybe 750 or 800. For speed drive with a friend use sat nav to find Ur speed put in cruise control to keep speed steady then put needle on. Alternatively u could jack up front end up and put in gear etc

I would have used the other hole to route the wires, not the one under the spare wheel. Would have been a lot neater and less chance of damage to the wires

Forgot to mention, when removing glovebox, to disconnect the slow opening piston from inside top left. Alot of owners don't know it's there and don't connect and glovebox slams open. Thanks for clear how to fella. Can I ask, are the actual LEDs visible when your seated on rear bench?

No they are not visible when seated on the rear bench. However my front seats are in the rear position most of the time. If you're concerned about them being seen stick them to the inside of the black pole under the seat instead of under the pole like I did.

I need a tutorial how you done the cable ties, I spent ages trying to do the same but just couldn't figure it out and the fasica doesnt sit completely flush either 😒 I think it's because my double din isn't like yours it's got the screen but behind it it's like a single din so the weight is all at the top

I've sold the car so can't really do you a tutorial. Just use lots of cable ties to make lots of connecting hoops from both sides and join them behind the pole in the middle. And tighten cable ties to adjust. If you need adjustments from top to bottom maybe try connecting the hoops higher or lower up the pole

Those ST chrome sill covers are NLA (no longer available) from Ford. So my local dealer tells me. Did you get yours used? From a breaker's yard? Must be difficult to pry those off without damaging them, even with heat because they are glued and have been in place for years. As for the armrest IMO the aftermarket one looks cheap and out of place. Doesn't match and obviously so. Original one is best. IMO original usually beats aftermarket = better quality :)

I got them from a breaker. They are genuine ford part. So you have to get them from cars that came with them from factory.

It was an optional extra. So it could be on any mk3. I just looked on eBay or checked any st220 that was being broken. They are quite rare

It's been a long time since I had the factory sony unit. I would say it's the same. But it's not as good as the pioneer that I had before this one
