Ford Mondeo MK3 rear footwell lights (led strips)

Forgot to mention, when removing glovebox, to disconnect the slow opening piston from inside top left. Alot of owners don't know it's there and don't connect and glovebox slams open. Thanks for clear how to fella. Can I ask, are the actual LEDs visible when your seated on rear bench?

No they are not visible when seated on the rear bench. However my front seats are in the rear position most of the time. If you're concerned about them being seen stick them to the inside of the black pole under the seat instead of under the pole like I did.
