Amazing story but you had two other people on that plane not doing anything that could have tried to give him CPR. It was worth a shot. That’s the only thing I don’t think is right about this story and him talking to cardiologists like that is because he wonders too if he could have been saved had they tried. I know he was 💀 weight but man it should have been attempted. Stranger things have happened. Meaning he could have lived. But thankfully you were able to land and save your family.
@57whizzer4 күн бұрын
Hey, questofthenight, or whatever the name is, if Doug had started the CPR stuff you're suggesting, who do you think would be flying the King Air turbo prop, one of his daughters?
@Questofthenight4 күн бұрын
@@57whizzer imagine saying something about my name when yours is whizzer 💀💀 And are you okay? DOUG WOULD STILL BE FLYING THE PLANE. His daughters and wife would have been giving CPR instead of crying in the background. That was stated in my comment. Lmao you just tried to twist it for justification. But okay whizzer
@Questofthenight4 күн бұрын
@@57whizzer and YES two or three people could have moved him. They wouldn’t have needed Doug’s help. Trying would have been better than not trying. Imagine if that was your family member and knowing there was other people on the plane yet they didn’t even attempt to administer cpr. That’s crazy.

Beautiful, respectful, & heartfelt tribute. ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻 John & I are close to the same age. I always felt a "kinship" towards him, (and not only because my great grandmother was a Fitzgerald, lol.) A kinship born of shared cultural touchstones, our large Catholic families, our respective expectations, both from others around us, and from within ourselves. I've heard the saying, "It's not the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away." I think John got a lot of those moments... only wish he'd had a lot more. Carolyn, Lauren, & John ✝️✝️✝️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

You’d think it should be a no brainer for ATC to have started keeping manuals on at least the most common aircraft used by private pilots and available starting a long time ago. They may never get used, but it’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Just having that available would have started solving immediate problems, decreased the chance of something going wrong over time and started working towards solutions for the bigger problems sooner. A lot of this stuff seems antiquated still with the mentality and attitudes regarding this stuff the most antiquated of all.

It's my understanding that John was gearing up to move from a political magazine too politics. John always flew with a CFI. The fact that he had a cast on his foot, makes me believe this flight was no different. With the Pentagon taking over the search, pushing out the NTSB and the Coast guard . This leads me to believe we'll never know what really happened to JFK Jr..

i'm guessing that carolyn was late b/c she had to go get her drugs. she didn't have to go buy a dress. word is, she was a cocaine addict, and if she's gonna be gone for two or three days, she would need that supply. just sayin'. it seems that's the case. i'm not blaming her. they didn't have any idea what was going to happen.

there was some show on t.v. which did air his radio call. maybe they faked it, but they said it was his call. anyway, he was calling for help, and saying that he had no visuals, if no one answered he didn't think he was going to make it. no one answered his call for help. they say the plane was upsidedown when it hit the water. so he was way beyond problems with visual disorientation. supposedly, the plane was at only 2,000 feet, which isn't very high. i'm guessing that, if they were aware they were going down, it was probably about 30-seconds of confusion. i was hoping that the plane was just flying smoothly when it hit the water and that the two women were sleeping in the back, so didn't even know what hit them. it doesn't appear to be what happened. it appears they knew they weren't going to survive, so it must've been horrific.

Superficial publication, without content of real interest, many lives lost and they only know how to show a journalist and lawyer, arrogant, very far from belonging to the nobility or 'royalty', to nickname him 'Prince', without having initiated or managed any change of interest for humanity, idem his wife did not even reside in any city in the world... I refer to other facts that are omitted again and again, they only show old outdated photos more than any clothing that could to be showing off today, without children, in short, empty lives full of superficialities, drugs, alcoholism and other licit otherwise the Kennedys would be occupying a prominent social and politically correct sector. - Please, better quality news in the narrative interpretation.. These repeated events, outdated in time, do not conform to reality, there are no real reports, there was premeditation to evade and evade other acts and crimes on the part of his wife's family.- Jhon Fitzgerald Kennedy Jr', his life was saved, so it would be very convenient to cancel these inappropriate videos and in social and cultural decadence, of zero interest and legacy for humanity, because they were not even capable of projecting a new life.- Kennedy Jr' Timeless and egotistical, he did not know how to value his father's genuine legacy. - Only for connoisseurs.

That’s not even Maggie flying that aircraft in the footage.. Maggie actually set off for her first solo cross country flight, and was flying a 1985 Piper Warrior ll, which is a completely different aircraft than the one depicted in the video. She also didn’t lose control of her landing gear, her right side wheel fell off her aircraft during takeoff. This resulted in her doing 10 wrap around above the airport until she was ultimately talked down by ATC.

The relay works but my hyperactive brain found that system (perhaps the only system) agonizing slow. We learn from our deficiencies, isn't there a better system for pilot rescue via any tower? Tower would need an interface to it's roster of current certified flight instructors willing to be tapped in an emergency??? I get the controller cannot with certainty advise, but getting that instructor on the liner seems crucial. In commercial broadcast radio we did call ins all the time, just needs to have an interface capable tower. God hand flew through you brother, blessings!
