That looked really good Greg, and I am sure your coworkers appreciated it. Are there any openings over at your company? I can't pass this up! And thanks for the basket recommendation, looks like a great addition to the Kamado - you should recommend that to the mfgr, maybe cheaper than the ceramic piece they include.

I’ve never seen a pork belly cooked like that before. Interesting. I bought a big one at Costco recently and smoked pork belly burnt ends with half and made bacon with the other half.

Greg, another great cook. Try dusting the corn with Rock'n Chick'n blend as a light finish. You will get a street corn profile that's fantastic.

Sure looks good Greg, and thanks for going over your grilling skills here - its hit or miss for me as I don't know how to do it exactly but with the 200F internal temp rule hopefully that will work. Anyway, 'our local corn is out' - are you sure it is local? I know they cannot grow corn is Saskatchewan as their season is too short, and to have fully grown corn anywhere in Canada in July would be difficult. It may have been shipped from down south, just thinkin...

@@GregRocheleau The weather in your area is much warmer than Saskatchewan so I guess you could have corn by now. Still pretty amazing. And I agree, it is hard to beat grilled corn. Try it in the husk too, really comes out great.

@@user-sq9sy1es5j Thanks for all the input on this issue, but I am still not sold. We have corn for sale here also but are no where near harvest. I am looking at a corn harvest map for the US, and the earliest is Florida on 7/15. Michigan starts 10/3, New York 10/10. Also, the harvest time after planting varys from 60 to 100 days or longer. I'm thinking the corn they are selling is coming from Mexico but just a guess.

that looks like a great addition to your 'kitchen' Greg. If I only had the room.... The only thing I would comment on is to put the s-hooks on the other way so the nuts on the one end keep them from coming off. I assume that is why they put those on there anyway. Otherwise they might just walk off!

Looks incredible! Those potatoes look like they could melt in your mouth! Now I want to buy that basket for my Weber kettle rotisserie. Great point you made about this kind of basket -- I bet it is a lot easier to clean than a wire basket! Thanks for sharing! 😀

I have now used this basket a few times. I put it in the dishwasher and if anything is left I use a scrub pad. Looks like new after.
