Wow girl you were really ahead of the times.

I feel a huge hole in my life as I am sure Tony and Gibbs and the others feel...and that hole can only be filled by Ziva....Shit...I miss her too much

I loved this episode. Some absolute stellar pieces of acting. A literal tour-de-force. Loved the interaction between Jackson and Jethro and the storyline to it was beautiful. I think this would have been a wonderful "In Loving Memorium" to Ralph Waite and to the character of Jackson Gibbs. On a side note, since I grew up with "The Waltons" and thought John Walton was a wonderful TV Dad, it kind of breaks my heart that someone just wasn't aware of him or the actor whom played him. Given what age you look, it's no surprise you're unaware of Ralph or The Waltons, but, still, it still breaks my heart ;-(

The reason they don't mention Ziva is because there are a lot of people wanting her back. They think that if they don't talk about her or even say her name they will forget her...

Diane Neal should be regular in NCIS, I love her agent borin character is really amazing, in my opinion the 2nd best guest star character of the series of course Muse Watson Mike Franks will always be Number 1.

wao that bishop character is really boring, cant compare to sasha or cote character, I know she is new in NCIS but damn her female McGee personality does not work for me. Hope Diane Neal replace her as series regular.

I liked the Fornell Diane storyline, always hilarious and with Gibbs being a marriage counsellor/baby sitter it was also nicely done and hilarious... regarding Ellie I don't know what to say, on the one hand I like her and feel that an "nsa nerd" like she was is supposed to act like this, on the other hand after your analysis I see what you mean but I really don't bother... To the fandom and the ratings I don't think that the fangirls worldwide make up a huge amount of the 20+ million people who watch the show every week so even if they stopped watching there are still a lot of people of every age who like watching the show without freaking out every time something happens and I don't think that's gonna change anytime soon...

Hmmm. I love the bit of additional comedy they brought in with Ellie/Emily but I agree with you when you say that they're trying too hard. However, I don't really see another way they could possibly have introduced her because the way I see and exerience it on tumblr, twitter and facebook the fandom has already turned on them. Although the ratings say a completely different thing. I'm confused. :P

I think groups like that--a men's general "support" group--are pretty common at churches, like where Tony's takes place. I have watched the shows one after another, with just a day or two in between, (breakup of a few months with NCIS after Ziva's departure), and to me it seems like all of this "strangeness" in Tony is based on his confusion and pain after Ziva left (him?). The first few episodes, he was more solemn and responsible, though those changes manifested themselves in different ways. In the last few episodes, it has seemed like he still wants to make changes but has realized that he is who he is. Maybe what you call this extra "perversion" IS him reverting after trying so hard for a few months. I hope mature Tony sticks around, IMHO.

Oh and did you say that TONY IS BANGING A TENNIS PRO? So. Not. Cool. I don't get that.

This is the first time I've actually thought I might want to watch an episode since Ziva left. I've come to believe that NCIS writers are NOT handling the Ziva departure well at all. They handled Kate better. And Kate actually helped introduce Ziva through Tony's interactions with her "ghost". I'm disappointed in how the show has decided to deal with Ziva. I may start watching again, but I haven't yet.

I think Tony needs to take much longer to handle the depature of Ziva, if not ever. It would be neat to have it where the conection to Ziva is kept thru how Tony has been affected. Just Like they say Gibbs has been affected by various things and that years before he was much more happy go lucky. Not to dwell on it but that there is always that connection. But it should in no way affect his ability as an agent, But that even Gibbs notices the change in Tony's day to dayness and is not 100 % sure how to help. I think Bishop as a new probie with all the learning pitfalls will be fun.

Yeah. I keep hoping watching your reviews are going to bring me back to watching NCIS, but honestly since Ziva left I haven't seen a reason to go back. I'm so disappointed with how they've dealt with this. *shrugs* Maybe it would be better if I wasn't such a TIVA fan.

I don't agree. I totally loved the episode! I so much loved the interaction between Gibbs and his Dad. And I don't miss Ziva at all.

I didn't like this episode and I have to say the last 2 episodes didn't catch my attention. TPTB reallly try to convince us that NCIS is still a big show without Ziva but the more I see the more I think Ziva left a huge hole. I don't know if the show can keep going on without her. Every time I watch an episode I imagine what would these episodes will be with Ziva. I can't picture NCIS without her. I miss the old NCIS and the TIVA interaction.

I hated this episode as well but you know as well as i do that they try to entertain us but i feel like since Ziva left it has been hard for me to watch an episode and not think of what she would do which makes it hard for me to fully enjoy NCIS without her by Tonys side i just feels empty without her @ncisrandomreviews

I think DiNozzo was able to sleep because because he had Ziva on his mind, and he felt he couldn't tell anyone about it, until he talked about it with Gibbs. I thought that was a good scene.

DID ANYONE NOTICE THE SIMILARITY ..WITH ' TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCE .. when she was catured by Seliem....and Tony is under Truth syrum and Ziva ask him the same on that scene...She did not ask to be found....she ask Tony " WHY ARE YOU HERE"... anyone ...???
