I just wanted to thank you for the respectful way you handled this situation. I know it's just a TV show, but people have invested 10 years watching these characters....so viewers sincerely care about them and will miss them....regardless of the hows and whys of their departures and the fact that they are fictional. I do love Tony and Ziva together -- romantically or not. I'll miss their witty banter. The show simply won't be the same.

It is sad that Cote is leaving because she brings a lot to the show. I have always been a Mcabby shipper, but Ziva always kept Tony on his toes.

Oh god. That's so sad. I never was a huge fan of Tiva, speaking the truth the parts that I liked the most were when they had other lovers and they were ok with it. But I love Ziva, and Cote and think that Ncis will not be the same without her. Ncis is my favorite series of all time, and I hope they can work it all out, but if they don't, I just wish that they put a good end at it, instead of continue untill there is no one else from the original cast, like CSI.

Agree with absolutely everything you said. Literally only just heard and massively gutted. Waited so long for Tiva to happen :'( seems as though we were massively robbed by the writers even if it was unintentional....x

I just can't understand why CBS would let her go. I mean I know Tiva isn't why show is successful but none the less it is the #1 show on T.V. and she was a big part of that. At least they're not sending her to MANDIEVILLE cause that is suck.

"Pay Parity" story on ShowBiz411 by Roger Friedman appears to be untrue. - Last Thursday (July 10) my inside source told me the reason why Cote de Pablo chose to leave NCIS, and it had nothing to do with pay. - Today, someone tweeted the "Pay Parity" story to @Hailey_Murray (Sean's sister in-law) and she had the following reply: "Oh boy, am I wading back in? Was with a first-hand source all day. Total BS, except Mark (and the whole cast) do love Cote." - So, let's ignore these awful rumors. -JL

Same. I might watch it until she leaves..or gets killed which I'm hoping doesn't happen. I'm like just depressed & sad...not excited. Just got back from vacation last Saturday & found out yesterday, cried myself to sleep last night..literaly, yeah I got a headache to prove it. I'm not mad at her & I want her to B happy, & I know it's selfish and I sooo wanted Tiva to happen &, yeah it sucks. Totally agree with everything U say Ashley. :( Extreamly sad right now...Where do we go from here?

Im just really hoping this is all a big fat rumor because by now it wouldve been on omg insider or et news or e news and it hasnt I watched them all day but if it is I guess I wish Cote the best but now I think myself and the whole fandom knows that the ratings are going to go way way down... In my opinion it is quite clear that CBS did not give Cote what she deserved. If it was really her own decision to go she would have said so a very long time ago! She loves the show, and she loved working there. Tiva fans were robbed, but to be honest, i think the show is on a downswing anyway. It is not what it used to be. The only reason i wathed is was Cote, now, as sad as it is, i will propably say: Goodbye NCIS!

I read lost of thing about her leaving and I don´t know what is true,but i´m sure,it will have big impact on the show.I loveNCISand all cast,but Cote is my favorite and I don´t thinkNCISstill be the same NCIS whichweI love for years I can´t help itTony said it himself:she is irreplaceable.They cant kill her of,because that will destroy Tony Gibbs and othersOnly way for me is severely injury and not to be able work in field any more (wheelchair?) But she can´t disappear from their life completly!

If you stop watching NCIS, because Cote is leaving, you watched the show for all the wrong reasons. The show wasn't about Ziva or Tiva. It was about the team.

Most likely watch the season @ least until or after she's 'gone'. Afterwards I don't know. All I know is that I'll B going into the season with a heavy heart & I know I'm going 2 cry once it happens. Yes we shall all mourn together & know that it won't be the same. 2 quote Tony:After that, buisness as usual lost all meaning. Ziva's Irriplacable. Cote is the main reason I watched the show, now it's like everything is most likely going 2 B rushed in the Tiva area..if there's any @ all. :(

So angry right now. not at cote, but the writers. Cote leaving means Ziva leaving (really don’t want to think about her probably dying) which means no happy ending for Tonys love. Again. So. Angry. Frustration. Anger. How are they going to play that off? Ziva gone and “oh, look another female partner appears out of nowhere and fills the slot. And, hey, look tony falls in love., well we bet, you didn’t see that one coming!" ???! Argh.

sad. is there an online therapy group for tiva shippers? pauley went offline on twitter for a bit after getting bombed by cote fans and was on the receiving end of some anger as well... what's up with that? as i write this i have not seen anything from michael on his twitter account about this? but he seems to be on holiday. maybe the grass is greener over at NCIS: LA...

Well, all good things must come to an end. Truth be told the show isn't as great as before (my humble opinion). It's still good don't get me wrong, but it's not the same. It's natural. Look at the Simpsons, they should have ended that show a decade ago. It's sucks to think about it but let's hope that the N.C.I.S Creators realize this and end it on the high note that it deserves...
