Never really got on with the traditional creams. I've had OK results with Superslick but the liquid lubricants are just too good and convenient to pass on. Slide-o-Mix Rapid Comfort is awesome for the price.

you're awesome. thank you for the advice. I have also made a mistake. I have been using my Roland 88 keyboard with my Fender 65 Princeton amp for the last few months and I think it's not compatible. I am trying to get a Roland keyboard amp KC 500 for my Roland 88 keyboard. Thank you again.

My husband and I were considering buying the Roland SPD ONE. We thought this would be a basic review video, and did not realize we were about to watch one of the greatest solo-musicians of all time. WOW!!! 🤯 Subscribing. Liking. Why does this not have more views?! Buying the Roland SPD ONE and knowing we will not come close to being able to be this awesome 😂 Also, I wish we could all have the perseverance of your microphone to somehow keep standing through literally anything, and never fall 😆

Hi! You can keep the two units synchronised by putting the rythm "on" and muting it "level0" so it doesnt send a midi stop message when you stop the tracks. I prefer the sound of the RC500, the RC600 has a bit of latency (1,6ms in my case, 0ms for RC500) and changes the sound of the instruments, badly for me. good luck

Hey man, amazing video! I have an RC-500 and am now thinking about buying the The LaunchKey Mini MK3 and use it like you show in the video, but I don't understand how you set up the pads to control the separate drum sounds of the RC-500 and the knob to change the kits. Can you maybe make a video of that process or is it possible to contact you personally? I could subscribe to your patreon for that if you want.

Additional question: Do the colours of the pads represent the notes or did you set the colours yourself? Knowing that would help with the mapping process a lot.

You can also use a PA system in a pinch but if you can EQ your low and super high frequencies down a touch. (scooped).

I have 2 loopers RC 300 and RC 500, does the synchronization between them look the same? How to combine them as one 5-track looper with beatbuddy drum?
@PeterWTaylor3 ай бұрын
I use the KC 150 for guitar and mics. Sounds really fine and has bags of power. Remember this amp is mono and most keyboards have stereo outputs so you should consider a stereo amp with separate speakers for quality sound, Alternatively you could buy two KC 150's.

Nice sound demo, but your video lacks demoing the other keyboard functions. I was hoping this have some built-in looper or sequencer. After all it's released in 2016. Yes it confuses me why you mention "2010s" few times. Also I don't know how it was on your old PSR, but MX49 seems a successor of MM6 which I personally had as my first ever synth. Makes me think you didn't really read the user manual about the "small keys" on the right side. Because when you change an instrument, it doesn't "lose the effect". The way it works with Yamaha synths it's that each "instrument" is more like a "program" - a set of instrument/patch selection plus what the Yamaha people think is the best effect that goes to it. Which all can be changed with some menu diving, so you could save your own presets of instruments with other effects and settings. On my MM6 I was able to save lots of presets like this (it had a bit more small buttons on the right). The best thing I could see this keyboard for is mobility as it packs less keys and seems really compact. Aside of this what I hear sounds very much like my MM6 and I don't really like it, but it still makes a perfect first synth or perfect travel synth.
