Hey Kuli, removing a broken bolt is not easy. You have to loosen the bolt threads from the bolt hole threads first. Use penetrating oil and a small punch to tap (with a small hammer) all around the visible part of the bolt. Tap the top then bottom and left side and right side. Alternating your taps being careful not to smash the edge of the bolt into the threads of the hole. It may widen the bolt and bind it into the wall. The tapping is to smash the rust and/or " LOCK TITE" (if used). The vibration will also aid the oil in penetrating. Letting the oil soak for a good while help[s. If you are using a pointed punch (center punch) look for a ridge on the bolt. Use the ridge to tap a dimple on the bolt. Follow the bolt around with the point of your punch in that dimple. If there is no ridge or irregularity for the point...make one with a small drill bit. I used this method on broken bolts before I invested in a set of "EASY-OUTS'. A REAL GAME CHANGER. That bolt you pulled out did not have any traces of rust or "LOCK TITE" on it....HUMMMMM. Still the most important part of the process is breaking the rust/thread lock on the threads. Did I mention using penetrating oil and tapping? Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Ray
