How is the streaking/wicking handled?
@MarkSaiger3 күн бұрын
We really don't experience either problems on our commercial work. Not shown in this short is we do dry passes after cleaning passes. As long as the floors are not too wobbly, we can get good suction and it avoids a lot of problems. If we do get any wick back on any work, it's typically from someone else trying to do spotting and leaving a bunch of residue. We can usually fix it with spraying some peroxide on it. Some commercial floors we can tidy up with our Saiger's 2X Double Strength OXY Encap. The oxy helps and the encap also can fix things. Here is the full video if you would like to see more cleaning here. Thanks for watching 😊 kzbin.info/www/bejne/iai8haJoftaLm9ksi=dApyLMSARrBJ45Ay

On this job, we were using Hot water extraction also known as Steam Cleaning. We also do low moisture cleaning mainly with an OP pad system so we are pulling soils into the absorbant pads.

Wow, what kind of wand is that? Also can you fix your pet treatment, I have many apartment complex that I service on a regular basis. I follow your instructions to the letter and the smell still returns( please don't tell me about pad, baseboard, ect yes I know) it's the carpet. Anyway, I still buy your pet treatment because the complex loves the smell, but I also have to spray 20% o2 and that always does the trick. So, can you infuse your smell to some o2 like tmf did, complex like tmf smell but love yours.

This is a Zipper Wand prototype It's a mini Zip Spinner. Something I drew up on a bar napkin a few years ago. It might never come out, but I would like to see it happen sometime. We do have a peroxide based pet urine product called OdorOxy. It has a Mango scent to it. We use a lot of our bacteria enzyme product with our cleaning service and have great luck with it. I'm sorry to hear it's not working for you. Maybe you can reach out sometime via phone and we can brain storm what's going on for you. Thanks for the info though and hopefully we can figure this out

Thank you. I truly appreciate all of this today. Just returned home last night after the final clean out of their apartment. Still coordinating a few things but overall in the past 3 days, we did our best to sort through years of items and memories. It's been surreal to be honest and I'm doing a lot of reflection. Some sadness and some joy of course too, but it's definitely an eye opening time. I feel I need to do more planning and thought. I truly appreciate your kindness and support here too. Thank you for being here with us ❤

@@MarkSaiger We can surely relate Mark! Last year we went through this with my mother. She lived at home alone until she was 99. She is actually in a great nursing home in Red Wing, MN. Going through all the accumulated memories can be a blessing and bring a tear to your eye. All this can be eye opening to the point we found an attorney to get a trust in the works and made final decisions so it would be easier on family if something unexpected happens. Hang in there and we hope light is at the end of the tunnel.

@@johnh1855thank you again for sharing 😊. We have been talking about setting up a trust also, or at least planning to make it easier on our kids. As you know, the process of seeing and cleaning out years of memories (even those old pics with us kids) is really crazy. And you have to make quick choices with what to do with items. Emotions definitely slow a person down.

Can I put vinegar in my clean water tank for rinsing carpet in my portable carpet cleaning machine
@MarkSaiger6 күн бұрын
This is a great question. I would honestly not do that. Vinegar is very acidic, and if course quite smelly. You would be better off to purchase a gallon of actual carpet cleaning rinse over vinegar. But another thing to keep in mind is the store bought carpet cleaning machines rinse is specially built for those units. A lot of store bought units don't have the proper seals in motors and such to handle more than the rinse they make for those units. Other cleaners run through the units can destroy the pumps. Thank you for this question. Hopefully it can also help others 😊

Makes me nervous watching the wand go past the carpet edge and back where it meets up with the hard surface. I always ran wand parallel with the edge at transitions. The glide probably keeps your wand from potentially pulling up the carpet. Glides weren't a thing back when I wad in the game, we had to muscle it 😀. Good work , stay safe out there.

@MarkSaiger9 күн бұрын
It is fresh clean water coming from the truck, but we are using our Saiger's Deep Blue All Purpose - All Fiber Rinse coming through the hose as well to this unit. The rinse is a slight acidic rinse at 4.7 pH with a little Cleanability. It makes the water more efficient so it can rinse the fibers well, tap into the color dye lots of the carpet and make it feel softer
