We always use our Saiger's Deep Blue All Purpose - All Fiber Rinse. It's a 4.7 pH with a little Cleanability 😊

​@@bobsandman4821now that's really strange. I've never heard of this happening to be honest. Unless you were exposing some hidden stains from an over the counter cleaner. Sometimes over the counter cleaners will leave a color shift of color when you hit with cleaner. You can definitely reach out to me though to talk about this. The color in any cleaning products are meant to dissipate off by the way.

As someone who is both a restaurant worker and an aspiring carpet cleaner I’ve moved A LOT of tables with the big HEAVY bases… -so around 21:30 minutes in Arron is moving a few tables 😮, that technique is going to eventually blow your back out It’s called “unsupported forward flexion” - quite possibly one of the most stressful things you can do to your back🙀 Try dropping the table down on its edge and grab onto the middle metal tube between table and base,pick up from that point and go, base to the rear and table top leading the way - think battering ram 😂 It’s an amazing,balanced difference on many levels A ruptured vertebrae is a career ending and life altering experience 😢 Or as a smart#$$ I once worked with loved to say “Lift with your back,what could go wrong?”😂😂 Work smart and get home to your loved ones in one piece ❤

We have We find the most success using a product from Quest. It's their Graffiti Gone. It's a spray can. But sometimes, the paint can be more trouble then it's worth. The paint and treatments can also delaminate the carpet

Where you eat there should never be carpets or rugs for hygiene reasons. Are there still places like this?

Lots of places have carpet in restruants. It's to help with noise and slip and fall factors. Also, many fine dining establishments have carpet. Unfortunately even Tile and Grout or Luxury Vinyl floors attract a lot of Greasy soils. They can be even more difficult to clean and hold more ground in soils. I have a number of those videos on my channel cleaning tile and grout and LVP. They are pretty bad too

Why on heavens was the floor so greasy?

Grease tracking from kitchen and even outside soils. Things get super busy in restaurants and this one can be incredibly busy. Not much of a buffer from kitchen to carpet. During rush hours, kitchens get crazy getting food out, then after rush hour they scrub things up in the back, but they cannot so anything about the carpet until they call us.

Your spraying chemical right next to cups and items that were next to the floor that people are going to be using not very smart if they get sick from chemicals and stuff. Spray goes everywhere.

First I want to say thank you for your comment. Before I replied, I wanted to go back and look at the video and see if we might have missed something such as your concern in the lower shelves. Even though our cleaning chemistry is considered a safer cleaner, we don't condone consuming the products just to prove a point of it being safe to consume. We have seen cleaners in the past drink their chemistry in front of clients to try and make a point of safety. We again don't support that as we don't want a child thinking it could be OK to go under a sink and drink and consume something there. To help explain our prespraying, the unit we use does put out a pretty good spray, but also with larger opening so larger droplets are being put out and focused to the carpet fibers. With that, the chemistry will fall towards the floor and not aereolize into the air. The items down below were safe what we saw and the cups mentioned were about 3 feet or more higher. All that we feel comfortable about still being in the area. But if they were to have been moved, we definitely would be OK with that. If we see something in an impact zone from our cleaner, we do reccomend moving it to another area. Again, we understand your concern and don't want to down play it. Hoping we can explain though that if we were to see a concern like described, we would also have the same concerns. I hope this brief explanation might help with our reason to not have more removed from that area. And again we support your concerns. I truly thank you for the comment. It is appreciated.

It would still cost them quite a bit of money compared to cleaning. The carpet isn't really worn, and the concrete and glue issue can be easily fixed.
