I have a Mercedes CL203 Sport Coupé. Last winter, I had a problem where the central locking system wasn’t working properly. I heard it could be related to a sensor in the lock, and afterward, everything was fine again until summer. Then I had my rear window tinted, and after that, the central locking system stopped working via the remote, and my radio also stopped working. The central locking only works through the door with infrared, but the infrared sensor sometimes doesn’t work either, especially in cold temperatures. The radio only works with an FM transmitter. I don’t understand what the problem is. Can someone please help me? I’m really at my wit’s end. Could it be that the antenna amplifier was damaged by water during the window tinting? Or could it be something else?

Hello, following this method you're flushing only the radiator! Since engine is cold, thermostat is closed which means water will be trapped in the engine bloc. Once engine will be 1t temprerature, thermostat will open then old liquid and new will mix and all the work will be useless.

Never take off your glow plugs without properly warming the engine up. The engine should be over 80 - 85 °C to try and take out the glow plug, otherwise the tip will stick in the head with the carbon like you stuck it with superglue!
