I often run without a belt or vest but with shorts or tights with pockets. I prefer smaller softflasks 250/350 ml then.

What’s the name of the other guys channel? I really enjoyed your videos. I absolutely love where you run at. It’s so beautiful. I too love the mornings. I am trying to quit coffee as well. My husband still drinks it but it’s the morning ritual and comfort and that smell in the mornings. That’s one I’m trying to get over.

Missed your videos. Glad you are back. I’m laughing because as an American, I have to focus to understand your accent. When you run and talk, I’m getting 50%…. 😂😂😂

@RunFamRun5 ай бұрын
@@CraigWilliamsUltra 3869 days (10 years, 7 months). My children are on 1556 days (4 years, 3 months). I think that the first month is the hardest, once past that point then habits form and it becomes part of daily routine.

I just want to say thank you if gone from running 100 plus miles a week to being out of breath walking up the stairs after an illness the last 2 years with I have the medication. I added 30 plus pounds with the medication, and after this video, went for a very, very slow 1-hour walk. You, thank you. chef-alan.blogspot.ie/

Im 38, my mom used to feed us coffee with toast for breakfast before the school bus picks us up. The withdrawals over the years has halted my attempts at quitting. Now im attempting again and this time i do feel i can do it. I picked up a terrible case of flu and slepted 3 syraight days and layed around lethergic 5 days. At the end of my sickness i realize i had headache because there no coffee all 6 days. Im going with the flow. Yesterday took an easy 2 hour nap and felt awesome. Didnt feel the need to do extra things for the day, just chilledbat home and saved money and watched movies. Then what surprised me after i took a 2 hour nap that ended at 4pm, was i was ready to easily sleep again at 830pm. I slepted from 830 until 445 pm. I like the full sleep i never got before
