Good luck with running every day! The biggest challenge is avoiding injury as there is no time to rest/recover.

@@CraigWilliamsUltra 3869 days (10 years, 7 months). My children are on 1556 days (4 years, 3 months). I think that the first month is the hardest, once past that point then habits form and it becomes part of daily routine.

Great to see you back mate . A lot of my runs are in the New Forest , running away from bulls is extremely common . 😂

You can't beat adding some adventure to your runs 😅 Doing this every day might add a chunk of difficulty to the RED challenge though!
