bottle should not be on the table, you should not twist the bottle only the helix, and never let the cork pop to avoid gettings wine drops on your guests, they also dont like seeing you smell their cork, the tasting is to find out if the wine is ok

Spillage happens even if you have lot’s of experience but it happens less often over time. Carry a napkin to capture the spillage and you’ll be fine

I remember my first time I tasted a red wine. 😍 Wine is an aquired taste that takes time. I would suggest that you start with something simple and when your palette is as eveloved as your knowledge of wine you’ll know the answer to your question. Right now focus on trying many different wines with maximum curiosity

Hold you hands out like you’re hanging lose 🤙 now hold the plate with your three fingers, curl your thumb and pinky over the plate so you can rest the second plate over it and hold it with your curled thumb and pinky. That will safely hold four plates that are heavy. This videos method looks like you could carry six plates possibly! The weight and distribution is the problem, dishes on the plates might slide and cause a problem. Thank you for the technique!

Nope I’m not going manipulate guests. I’m not going to be covert about trying to upsell them. If you have to hide it, you’re doing something worth hiding, aka manipulating. Be up front & open, honest & real.

I understand your point of view and agree that manipulation is wrong. I will however state that this video was requested by our audience from non - english speaking countries and that is why I use these phrases to challenge the waiters to form longer sentences and not just speak like cave men. Also in my own experience many of the guests make hundreds of decisions daily and really appreciate when they can completely relax during a dinner and focus on socializing with their friends and family. So because of that I suggest a series of drinks and dishes based on popularity rather than focusing on keeping their bill as low as possible. Thus Im always automatically upselling but with the goal of providing a great experience and not focusing on increasing their bill.
