Ingredients: Mainly: 2 peeled garlic 1 chilli 1 spring onions 2 sticks of egg tofu 1 pack of Enoki Mushrooms Few cup of Cornstarch For the sauce: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1/2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon of Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon of sugar A half bowl of water Step 1, cut the egg tofu into a bite-size, then cover it with cornstarch. Step 2, Fry the egg tofu with medium fire until golden brown. Step 3, mince the garlics, spring onion and chilli, and sauté with oil. Step 4, stir fry the enoki mushrooms until the mushrooms are softened and cooked. Step 5, add egg tofu and the sauce together in the pan, cook it for 2 minutes. Finally, you can put some green onion and chilli slices on the top of the dish. And it’s ready to serve ~
