上火160摄氏度,下火220摄氏度,烤30分钟
400g high-gluten flour, 1 egg, 30g sugar, 3g salt, 9g fresh yeast, 10g milk powder, 30g honey, 210g milk
28*28cm baking tray, brush with 25g corn oil
Crispy bottom ingredients: 10g flour, 10g sesame, 20g sugar
Divide the dough into 16 portions
Bake at 160 degrees Celsius on the upper fire and 220 degrees Celsius on the lower fire for 30 minutes
