What if you dont have a tax return as my son is only 18 and has only been on vinted 6 months and has been pushed to be a pro seller by vinted? He has just started the reseller game 🤔

See this whole 14 days to refund stuff is crazy, I sent out a parcel on the 1st, they received it a week ago, now are requesting a return and have another 2 weeks to return the item???, so after all said and done this buyer has wasted 1month + of my time just because a pair of shoes don’t fit their feet, nothing wrong with what I done just because they brought the wrong size, because I’m a good man il allow the return instead of fighting it but this is a complete joke

after another "failed" verification i have sent my email off complaint off this morning. MangoPay must be getting flooded with these by now. a bit fed up of having my Vinted in permanent holiday mode though so it hard to feel any sympathy for the bast*rds

Glad you managed to get it sorted EVENTUALLY. Vinted were only for personal and have taken the plunge to let Business on there. Do business sellers have extra fees? or is it equal. Ebay have given free too private sellers and I feel the only reason vinted have put the private get more visibility is to keep them on the platform rather than pushing them to ebay. But what do I know. But glad you have finally got vinted sorted. 16 days into 2025 but atleast its all sorted

Same thing happened to me with payoneer i reported them to bbb in the usa and 2 days later accou nt was opened. Ofcom is uk i think you need to get them involved maybe?

Not touching Vinted, after the NI number debacle, Pro sellers lack of visibility and crap customer service stories I’ll stay on the bay of E!

I think having the pro below the normal listings can’t be a bad thing. If you have identical items, but one is a rubbish photo/patchy description and from someone who might use a crumpet packet to send it, and the other is pro pics, description and the little pro badge, I know which one I’ll click on, even if the pro is underneath. Also people like to scroll, have the picture that makes people stop and click and think it is actually better being down a bit in the listings

It tuck me 4 weeks of drinking heavily and banging my head of a wall until I got there. and there was nothing different when they accepted me 4 weeks later to what I sent from day one. good luck

8:00 add a status column and comments column on your products tracker. Anything that needs repairs etc I’ll put details in the comments section and list the status as “in repairs” I do that on day 1 of hands on item. Nerdy I know but it’s a real stress saver lol

The problem I had was I kept getting verified (sending the same documents as you have) then a few days later I'd get an email saying they had reviewed and rejected it, requesting that I attempt to verify again. This has now happened several times and I've pretty much given up. Selling on Vinted isn't a priority for me (I'd rather just use it for purchasing items), and it's not giving me any confidence moving forward with them. I know I've sent the correct documents, and I know there's nothing wrong with the documents, so this is very obviously an issue they're having at their end, and they've been unable to give any advice. Well, other than them saying I should get a new UTR and try that

I am pleased i have waited before deciding to set up vinted pro. So far it seems more hassle than its worth considering the prices people are getting for things. I am on etsy and eBay. i think 2 platforms is enough for me and i am now looking at other ways of selling that dont involve online selling. Focusing more on my cabinets aswell.

I buy a bit on vinted and always sort by newest listing first on whatever category im looking at, which i just assumed most people did. So I see both pro and non pro listings equally
