Good luck. Im currently reducing my stock and stopping reselling. Looking for a job. Its got to hard mentally, and financially for me. Im looking to possibly go part time on a much smaller scale with smalls instead of the big stuff im currently now. along with a full time job. Will see how I go. Will miss it certainly. But you never know with financial backup in a couple of years, I may come back stronger with different ideas. Been 7 years now so time to look after myself for a little while. WIll still be watching yourself and other reselling content

Being a limited company is not as scary as some think, ive been limited for many years, we have 3 things under the company, reselling, electrics (my 'main' job), and my wife uses it to bill clients too. A good accountant will sort it all out for you, there can be tax advantages doing it that way like being paid dividends topped up by profits etc good luck

I can't help you with limited company stuff. I haven't got a clue. Do you have to earn a certain amount before you can do that, or is it just a branch scheme where all your businesses money go into your limited business account

Sounds like you're thinking of setting up something super cool with all your ventures under one roof, like an umbrella company! You can totally have RICKY LEE Ltd as the main business, and then run things like RICKY eBay, RICKY KZbin, within it. It keeps things simple and less expensive than creating a bunch of different companies. Plus, it makes branding way easier-you’ve got that ‘RICKY name working across everything. If one of your projects takes off big time or needs to be handled separately (like if there’s more risk or it grows into something huge), you can always spin it off into its own company later. For now, starting with one Ltd makes sense, saves costs, and keeps everything in one place. Just check the rules for using different trading names, and maybe chat with an accountant to get it all set up right. Let me know how it goes-sounds like an exciting plan Well done Ricky xx

If at all possible I would consider multiple companies rather than one. I find it more tax efficient. You have to be careful that the lines of those companies do not cross as that could be tax avoidance. For example I have 4 companies trading nunder the vat threshold rather that one.
