Pure gold. No gold nuggets here, polished gold bars. I cannot believe how thorough and valuable this is. When does the book come out 😂

Thank you so much for this video. I am making a self mastery wall for my daughter because I grew up in a low income environmet and am currently middle income but I notice big differences in values as a person goes up the economical chain. There was a point you made about earning more vs less money but having more time to yourself. This is what I need my daughter to understand. Did you get your information from a book? I would be the first one to buy it an read it to my girl as a bedtime story!! Well, not exactly, but you know what I mean. May God bless you so so much for providing us with such valuable content. PS Please do let us know if you do have a book you can recommend on these specific subjects.

After 12 hours of work, I'm pretty spent. I'm lucky if I have two brain cells to rub together after work lol.

Don't want to be a Debbie downer, but it's hard to have less screen time in the evening when I'm working a full-time job while going to school full time, the only time I can usually do homework is in the evening which requires me to be on the laptop for two or three hours.

What about when our jobs require constant after hour adjustments or on-call work? My solution is to tear down the system as it's inhuman, but maybe you have less drastic options?

I just find it odd how you’ve clearly targeted TikTok here so it leads me to believe you know nothing about it. It’s literally the biggest creator economy around and community builder. It’s not dancing girls anymore people have created livelihoods with opportunities they never would have found elsewhere. People have connected with others and found support when they thought they were alone in life because of the reach. How does mindlessly consuming music make an evening better? Zero connection to anyone zero interaction with anyone just mindlessly listening to someone else’s success while you sit still in comfort never moving forward.

What about Temperments? Different people act differently, some aren't creative, some are 'only' morning people, & some evening people. Is this advice universal? What about people types (O.C.E.A.N.)?

Time will pass away whether you spend it wisely or not your habit becomes your days and your days become your years and your years become your life . Start small, the best time to live isn't someday it's today.

Bold of you to assume I have 90 mins to do anything after work and chores. I don’t have the phone issue simply because I don’t have to time to be on my phone

What do you do if your hobbies are on the PC though? Like watching movies/tv shows, games, learning about different things(history, psych, exercise), talking with friends. That makes it feel like there's no real escape or barrier with the digital world when it encapsulates everything.

I agree about actively listening and showing an interest in the other person but asking questions like ‘what was the best part about your day?’ Would throw most people off and come across as too forced and unnatural.

The one thing no one can buy is time. Time is the single most valuable thing in life. Don’t spend it. Use it. Because one day, you’ll look back on your life, and you’ll realise the only meaning was how you used your time.

The most useful "hack" I discovered is to just rest when I'm tired after work. Not "decompressing", not scrolling, not playing games. Just going to a dark, silent room, and sitting or laying there for some time. Then going for a walk/run if I can. And then spending rest of the evening just doing life stuff, playing with kid, doing chores, honestly everything is fun when you're well-rested.
@vironiaСағат бұрын
I love this "hack" so much. Thank you. It's an effective and simple solution! Can't enjoy life if your body is tired, doesn't matter who you are. And it's actually doable for the audience here who have kids and can't set aside 90mins × 3 blocks in their evening...

I'm autist. Its definitely impossible. Like a person in a wheelchair can't do squads. But also I don't feel the need to socialize with people. Luckily my country supports people who can't work, a lot.

Man, introducing a new concept with a bespoke name every ten seconds got real old, real fast. I'm sure most of it is solid advice if one can apply it but man, that style had me zoning out by the halfway mark. Less screen time Some small mindfullness rituals Form your desired habits in small (eg 30 seconds) chunks and link to ritualised behaviors you're already doing. Aka, keep your goals small, realistic and actionable. Repeat until desired end state. There.
