Heyyy girl I have a question, how do you avoid getting sick (sore throat, high fever etc)while on a diet? I’m 167cm high and as soon as I go below 54kgs (for my height this is the line between underweight and healthy) I keep getting sick constantly…

To be honest, I don’t really know how to answer this question. I don’t do anything special to avoid getting sick. I’m rarely sick so I guess I just don’t get sick easily🤷🏻♀️

Hi! I know you didn't ask for me, but I know some stuff so I'll let you know. If you're getting a fever as soon as you get below a certain weight it could mean: a) That weight is genuinely too low for you, and for the sake of your health maybe don't aim for it. I know it's super tempting to go as low as possible, but instead you could maintain a slightly higher weight (say 56?) and aim for a higher muscle: body fat ratio, which will still help you look lean! b) You're not eating enough calories, and it's starting to compromise your immune system. You can still be in a deficit and go past a weightloss plateu with a realtively small calorie deficit (say 300kcal vs 600kcal). As long as you're in a deficit you'll lose weight, so maybe up the calories a bit if this is the case. Make sure that your deficit is no more than 500kcal below your maintainance calories! It's super dangerous if not. If you're at a plateu it could mean you've eaten too little for too long and now your body has adapted it's metabolism, making it hard to lose weight. Take a break from the dieting, eat a normal amount for a week and then go back into a deficit, the weight will start to go down again. Either way, if you're getting a fever that's really dangerous, so make sure you check in with your GP if it continues! Good luck with your diet but please don't let it compromise your health, I've been there and it's never worth it.

Alright, my personal experience with diets are never do anything somebody else does. Experience… For me are the no-gos calorie counting, any well known diets, watching over nutrition, more than one meal a day and cheat days. I eat once a day, 2 plates of food that is warm, not sweet and full of vegetables. I love it because it killed my hunger, stopped me from worrying about the next meal and made me look and feel great. Do what you like!!

Just a little fyi regarding the Bibimbap; You usually put sesame oil, sesame seeds and Gochujang on top and than mix it all together. ☺️ Usually every asian market has these and they also last long once you’ve opened them.
