I wanted the Aire RX but its not safety tested with the mockingbird 2.0 stroller. On the mockingbird site, they don't have an adaptor for the Aire RX but they do for the RX. Wondering if there's a difference with the adaptors.

Wish I would’ve seen her videos when making my baby registry… lol. I have the newton bassinet and never used it… thankfully I did see her video on comparing strollers and got a Nuna Demi next thanks to her straight to the point, utility vs senseless design. Thank you and hope I can go to your shop when I’m in the Bay Area.

Different car seat testing. A lot of the testing variations across different areas result in different products. Envious tho! I hear NZ is absolutely lovely! You could also reach out to Chicco and see if they are planning on making one for your market. :) Thanks for watching.

How do the safety ratings compare tn the consumer reports safety ratings? Have you tried the Baby Trend Trooper? It did really well on the Consumer Reports safety testing and is advertised as 3 across.

This is an excellent video, thank you for taking the time to post such an in-depth review! I have one question: when you install the car seat post adaptors (either to the top or bottom seat) on the new DEMI next, is it possible to keep the adaptors on and then fold the stroller? It would just be great to save a step when trying to put it in my trunk. Thanks!
@destinationbabykids
@destinationbabykids 2 күн бұрын
If the post adapters are on the bottom spot they do not need to be removed in order to fold the stroller. If you have the post of the ring adapter on the top position you can fold it without removing them. Hope this is helpful :) and thank you so much for watching

Hi! I have a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe (newer version and I’m looking for car seats to fit across! I currently have a evenflo gold 360 and a nuna pipa lite. We have a 2.5 yo, and a 5 mo rn I’m also a very petite mom. We’re trying to figure out what car seat we should invest in bc we will eventually have a third baby and we know we’re going to need to get completely different car seats! What would yall recommend?

Poplar vs clek foonf?
@destinationbabykids
@destinationbabykids 6 күн бұрын
Foonf has more safety features. It's also made in Canada not China. I don't love Clek for 3 car seats immediately next to each other because I personally struggle with their forward facing installation when I don't use the rigid lower anchors but aside from this really very specific use case scenario I love the Foonf. I used a Foonf for the primary car seat for my nephew and my sister and my nephew LOVED that car seat. So I am biased but most people who have Clek Foonfs really like them. Poplar is still a great seat and I would argue a forward facing belt installation on a poplar is much easier for a majority of parents vs a clek foonf ff seatbelt only installation. So again use specific but I would always give clek props for their safety and commitment to being made in Canada.

@@destinationbabykids I would choose the foonf, but some things like not beaing able to machine wash the fabric, not having a no-rethreat harness or just being too large stops me. I don't care about the price, I don't care about putting 3 across... Britax one4life maybe? As it's made in the US and might be usefull as a booster or is the foonf the king of the security hill? Gina, you are amazing, thanks for taking the time to help us, love your channel

@@Tassadar89 one4life is no longer made in the US its all China now which is really sad. And clek has a new fabric that zips off for easy cleaning. But I agree the No rethread harness can be annoying. You know you might like the Peg Perego Kinetic 5-65. Made in Italy has the anti rebound bar built in and is a very good price for the quality. I had that one for my step mother and she loved using it so might be worth a look. Thank you so much for watching :) OMG this is one of my oldest videos. Thanks for this video! It is super helpful when trying to make an informed decision. My confusion is with the harness height max. Britax says their limit is 49” and Chico says theirs is 54”. The Britax has a higher seated torso height of 20” vs 19” with the Chicco. Can you explain why Britax says their limit is 49” but they have higher seated torso height? I guess the seated torso height is all that should matter

@laceygilmore2177
@laceygilmore2177 9 күн бұрын
And she said the UPPAbaby is not that simple when adding the second seat? I feel like the Nuna itself has a lot of steps. Then you have to add that base for the nuna. That’s just too much.

I love your review. I loved my demi grow, BUT if anyone is considering a Nuna demi, the straps can be frustrating because they’re so silky. I feel like I have to adjust them all the time. Also if you have tall kids, they’ll outgrow the seat by height before they outgrow by weight. With that being said, I still love the demi. I briefly considered a demi next, but may go for the uppababy cruz with a piggyback.
@destinationbabykids
@destinationbabykids 6 күн бұрын
@@MissLexiBee I really appreciate the feedback about the harness because that's like a level of specificity that most people don't care about so thank you so much for that. It's very useful information to have. I think the backrest on the cruise might be taller than Demi so for a bigger kid that might be a good solution. Best of luck ❤️

Reaching out about adapters! Will this car seat work with the Joovy twin roo? And do I need both set of adapters or just a maxi cozi adapter. Thank you so much!
@destinationbabykids
@destinationbabykids 12 күн бұрын
@@jamiepearson2663 I actually think the only set of adapters that you were going to need are the ones sold by Joovy for the twin roo plus that would work with the peg perego 4-35. Adapters can be really confusing. The twin roo plus says it has adapters for the peg 4-35 so that should be the adapters you buy for the stroller to work with your peg car seats. Best of luck

So i returned it and bought the BOB. My oldest just turned 3, and both of my kids still enjoy riding and prefer a side by side stroller over wagons. Well i got the the newer BOB, and the seats look smaller than the Thule urban glide 3 double. Have you done any recent comparisons? Feeling a little crazy over here.

Not impressed with the Babyark car seat. Didn't secure well to the seat, and the straps are a big pain to adjust the chest clip and do the pinch test on. The "100 day return, no hassle, no questions" is false as well. They try very hard to get you to keep it, when you finally get past that, they send you a return label, tell you they will refund your money 30 days after seat is returned less the shipping that I am responsible for. This was not indicated anywhere. Do not recommend.
