The quality of those mini mills seems to improve quite a bit year over year. I owned one of those 25 years ago. It had a round column and a lot of play. They've come a long way.

Is it okay to park on the dirt next to the fenceline or is that a horse trail? Just wondering about parking for 300 because I've never been out there.

You can park on the horse trail, as long as your vehicle gets up a curb.
