I really appreciate that a lot! I enjoyed putting it together so much, and it was super fun to work in a style I've never done before. I've come to love building industrial now, and I think this was a unique take on that style that I'm proud of :)

Please do! I'd love to see other people's takes on it! I know my rigs are a bit on the whimsical side of things, but even just a normal oil rig would be awesome to try. I haven't seen many builds like that before!

They are really really fun! I think its honestly a great concept as an add-on to a normal survival server. Just a fun place to go to do some extra challenges to get some fun rewards. Kind of gamifies some of the stuff the hermits on Hermitcraft just do all the time; mini blocks, armor stands, invisible item frames, special items and fun things, etc.

Oh boy those things spawn EVERYWHERE on this server. They're a menace! If there's one thing living on the ocean has taught me, its to watch out for skeleton horseman lurking around every corner :P

Agreed, it's so much fun to run a shop and keep it stocked! Definitely not an experience you really get in single player, which is one of the many reasons I love playing on a server. I'm still not sold on the villager changes, I feel like they could be a lot more fun - the current experimental changes just seem like they'd make villagers more tedious, but here's hoping Mojang adds some new ideas before implementing any changes.

@@FictionalXCI True, they need to keep thinking. My thought is to create a spawn system that dictates at least four different biomes-with-villages (North, South, East, West) within three spawn-chunks diameters distant. Give new players a decent chance to find needed villagers. 🤷‍♀️

LOL yeah I had a whole bunch of life stuff happen earlier this year and didn't have enough time to edit these videos, but now I'm trying really hard to get caught up to the present day, since I've still been recording videos this whole time!

I can't wait to get my hands on crafters - we're still in 1.20.6, but we'll be doing a new season in 1.21 very soon! Glad this could be a little bit of inspiration :)
