The belly plate looked for all the world like a little pink pig face. I'm not into reborns, just like watching the 'fails' but my first observation is that she hadn't been lovingly packaged at all. But looks like a doll? She IS a doll! They are all dolls.

She is beautiful ❤️ I have Quinlynn as a boy. He is beautiful with a darker skin tone. He has lost some paint sadly. I have reborned a few babies but I won't touch him as I'm no good with darker skin tones. I would rather leave him as he is than risk messing him up xx

Nov 30, 2021 OMG I hope Myra recovered. Sounds like Myra may have had Covid 19 which I came down with on July 16, 2021 and had constant fever too - recovered almost 2 months later!

...I cannot deal with that strong "chemical" smell Myra talked about. Properly made vinyl sculpts shouldn't be giving off this odor. I have two of the same reborns by Bountiful Baby and one smells the other doesn't. When in close proximity to me, the odor does begin to bother me - bummer.

Its not right or on, these kits are so expensive and they justify that by saying an original sculpted by so and so artist yet all they have done in lots of cases is sculpt a new head,,its kind of a swindle really as your paying a hundred for a head and the limbs were most likely produced in excess ready for another kit,they should sculpt a completely different doll kit.i noticed from bonnie brown that laura and ellie sues limbs look the same although i only have an ellie sue, from videos ive watched of laura they do look the same,im starting to wonder if they are sculpted by hand in the first place to be honest

Ty fir sharing your honest review! I like doing reviews and just did one last night of Zendric. I like giving reviews to help others as well. And I had to be honest too. I had issues with the proportions of Zendric. His legs are way to small and have no thigh etc. but the sculpting itself is beautiful but A I can’t get past the legs. I agree it was advertised as full limbs and Zendrics legs are definitely 3/4 which I don’t prefer.

Why not buy kit and do it yourself instead of bashing others

Yes, the legs would be an issue with me too, the bit behind the knees... one of the reasons why I don’t like the Saskia legs.

I recently bought an Alexis baby... she looked adorable in her Artist photos - but when she arrived and I inspected her briefly, to keep my video short... I think COVID-19 was out in the world long before it was officially reported in China - I would not be surprised if that is what your flu actually was :( hope you recovered ok and are now doing ok

Only watching this vid now as it came up as a recommended - whoever could have imagined what 2020 had in store for us :( You may have even had COVID-19 without even being aware! Anyhow the review on LouLou was interesting thank you. I recently purchased a LouLou reborn with painted hair and even knowing all the faults now I just adore her face and don't notice the flaws. She is a good seller and from what I have seen is snapped up quickly by collectors if the artist has done a good job reborning her. So for any artists that have purchased the blank kit......I am pretty sure you will not be out of money in the long run :) Heck if I saw one come up for sale with rooted hair I would probably snap her up in a heart beat :) But I also get the false advertising and hype and how artists would feel ripped off when purchasing these very expensive blank kits - LouLou (along with so many others) has also now been copied by the scam sites and being sold at a VERY discounted rip off price.

First I have to say I miss you sooooooooooooooo much. So much that I have gone back to your older videos. I remember seeing this video before I bought my LouLou. When I saw the baby for sale on Ebay I knew that I just had to have her. My Lou Lou is called Abigail Lou and is the most expensive doll I own and she will be a forever baby in my collection. I enjoy your kit reviews and even the one on this baby but nevertheless I am not bothered by the differences in this kit. Our real human babies are never perfect 100% even though we over look little flaws like ears that are pointed or sticking out or birth marks and we know they are "perfect" to us.
