That's a drum loop dude. Talk about click bait. Distressors are not good on the mix buss and usually not even on a drum buss, they are track compressors, however I was curious to see what you came up with due to the extra features on the plugin. Sweet, that fixed my phase issue. For a minute I was adjusting the panning until it fixed the phase but then i couldn't pan wherever I wanted to. I didnt even think about just EQing the sides.

Could be a previous preset on the L-2, but what I know is that you can save your own presets lol....

resonance test at 10:36 ,i used Diva with multimode filter ,draft mode i could get the same waveform as in the oscilator,very close sound to jp8000. at 11:34 i could match the sweep but i need to add 40% resonance,i can tell that the jp8000 is a little bit resonant by nature,i think that this is part of the character.
