You're not crazy. In my playthrough I just figured that most of the people that disappeared were there as slaves or mercenaries and if the 'head' of that operation was gone then there was no reason to stay. They were barely content to stay as it was.

You can upgrade existing sinks with the higher level sink to increase hygiene. This way, you don't have to keep finding room for new sinks - same with toilets, trash bins, etc. No need to delete the existing items, first! Simply hold the new version over the existing item and it should highlight with a green arrow indicating you can click to upgrade.

The thing with Karlach is that she doesn't want to align herself with slavers.. The cultists are slavers, and so are the duergar.. So she actually doesn't want you to side with either one of them.

Yes, i was surprised at the free meals. Thats not how it was when i was little. Also, it kinda makes sense, cause when I was in kindergarten, i did NOT understand how money or cafeterias worked and would frequently pick the wrong things.

My mod recommendations: Better containers < Makes the grid bigger! Better Target Info < Shows weaknesses and statuses etc in the bar above so you dont need to examine anymore. Better Context Menu < Just a better menu, nothing major. Carry Weight Extra< Basically a bag of holding. Unlimited carry weight. And absolutely groundbreaking Containersextended(fixed)< Autosorts your whole inventory with containers that show up in your camp chest and you can sort EVERYTHING automatically forever. After your first playthrough I think bigger party is interesting, and unlocklevelcurve adds levels up to level 20 as in real D&D. I haven't tried out this mod myself but it looks interesting.

Honestly, I can't see myself having enough time to make content (or play off camera) for this game until my kids are both driving. It takes so much time to get into the action in this game, I can't commit to do that even once a week. It'd take away from too many other series that are more efficient to create.

Ha! Yes, eventually hvac is a thing. But I’m not a fan of the design. Heating works one way. Cooling works a different way. Two completely different systems. Rimworld did it right. They should be like Rimworld.

With the jump thing, I believe I meant you have Astarion's Z jump toggled to the red one so that's the one you've been trying to use however that only works whilst in combat, not the normal jump, the blue one that everyone else is using. Sorry if this is not making sense! 🤣 If you have the fleetfinger gloves on Astarion (i'm not sure you do), that's what is giving you the red icon. Click on jump, blue in the corner instead of Z so he'll be able to make some jumps he couldn't.

@kyleblaneplays Just when you're jumping with Astarion, when you're on his character in the hotbar click the blue coloured Jump instead of pressing Z. Your Z is toggled to the red jump which is reserved for combat.

I really hate they keep calling gw2 casual just because it doesn’t have a monthly subscription. you can literally play any MMO at your own pace doesn’t mean it feels good.and gw2 has some of the craziest grinds Ive came across. Skyscale (even the “streamlined” grind) or legendary grind. And I’ve played everything from Aion, Tera,PWI. And have played wow since Lich king. I find GW2 way more grindy and way harder to get into for a new player. And the real downside you never really feel character progression in GW2 until you’ve 100s of hours in. I like gw2 but I feel this casual, super noob friendly branding that everybody wants to put on it. It’s absolutely misleading. Hell you can now do end game dungeons in wow completely solo now.

This is the first I’ve ever heard of anyone describing GW2 (or any MMO for that matter) as casual because there is no subscription. I can see that being a benefit to casual players, but certainly not specific to GW2. So I agree with you, I’ve just never heard anyone say that.

With the layout you've gone with, you could probably get away with not keeping the food tent, however I always keep it and the students do use it a lot! To edit classroom names and icons: click on the classroom and there are 3 or 4 options at the top right of the info tab to edit things. Looking forward to the next episode! Keeping with "gifteder", maybe the lunch room could say "deliciouser"

Im on my 2nd rerun on this game and my school goes well than my 1st xD I guess i need more students and rn, i got 30K+ with 10K expense. cuz i realize i can just save money with 2 teacher teachs 2 classes each day. Is it stressing? not much apparently. Now im at year 4 with 150 students atm. The management can give buffs like Lowering the teacher's salary ( if put classrooms underneath its management ) Or have low up-keep building. But the best one, is giving 15$ tuition buff each student, increasing salary ( just don't do it on poor student ) It boost my income significantly. most pain i ever get from this game is classrooms clashes with other class and need extra ( special classroom biology / humanities' room ) ( i got 12 classrooms ( soon to be 14 )

The game seems to be able to hear you criticising it😂 Even on hard mode, I never get as many disasters as you do!😅 Field trips are great for when you need to teach higher level classes that you haven't researched, yet, or if you need a special classroom that you haven't yet built. If you research all the way to the end of the island chain, you can send students on an ocean trip where they bring back $6000 every time. Though, the farm trip on the main island is actually better as it's $3000 and faster, meaning you can send students out more often. Club competition venues also get unlocked as you explore more of the island chain. As for the humour - it's that special humour that's popular amongst many teachers in a lot of E Asian countries. After living in Taiwan for 12 years, I'm used to it, but sometimes I still fail to see how certain things make the kids laugh so hard😅 The exorcism stuff comes from Buddhism. A lot of elderly people are extremely superstitious and have a lot of really stupid "rules". For example, you can't swim or be intimate during ghost festival, you can't tap a pregnant woman's shoulder, women can't wash their hair for a full month after having a baby, etc. Most younger adults just ignore it. My husband's aunt went to the temple when we were trying to conceive. She tried to get us to pay $50,000 NTD as an offering to the gods who would supposedly then bless us with a pregnancy within 1 year. She said that the gods said that if we didn't pay, we wouldn't get pregnant until 3 years later. We didn't pay, and we still got pregnant within a couple months😂 But older people often get scammed and give their life savings thinking the gods are really gonna help them. Many temples are actually run as fronts by the Taiwanese mafia gangs, so never donate more than $100 NT ($3 USD) or so😂

It's funny, the more I learn about field trips, the less I like them. Mechanically they don't make sense. They kill the immersion (who brings back $6000 from a field trip?!?!?!?). It's also funny, I would have less of an issue with a storyline like your temple story. For me, superstitions and religious beliefs (of which I have plenty of my own) are in a totally different category from exorcising demons. This is arguably the fault of Hollywood's portrayal of it, but they're very different extremes of the same supernatural category. And the fact that this involves kids makes me a little extra uncomfortable. I like your clarification on the sense of humor. I figured a lot of it was basically like an inside joke I'm not a part of. lol

@@kyleblaneplays 🤣 Yeah, the exorcisms, here, are nothing like the ones you see in Hollywood movies 😂 They're pretty quiet. Usually just involve the affected person standing or sitting in front of the temple while the temple master and his staff hold a statue of a god in front of the affected person. They'll shake it back and forth towards the person while chanting something. It lasts about a minute or two and then it's over. Since temples are plentiful and usually have a plaza or courtyard in front of them, it's pretty common to see exorcisms while you're just walking around the city. My son had a different kind of exorcism done when he was a baby. They say if you walk past a funeral (usually held in front of the dead person's house and lasts 2 weeks) with a baby or toddler, the ghost of the recently deceased might latch on to the baby. I'm not sure how much I believe it, but my son had a lot of night terrors as an infant, so we took him to get the ghost/spirit unattached from him. They used a bowl of uncooked white rice, laid two burning incense sticks on top, and put a change of his clothes on top of that. After the incense was finished burning, the fortune teller read a message derived from how the rice grains were laying, and then my son wore the blessed change of clothes at night. Immediately, no more night terrors until the next time we walked past a funeral. Each time we took him to be exorcised, it worked, so🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ Also, reincarnation is a thing, here. The god statues in temples all have a spirit living in them and it's possible that even you could be "reborn" as the spirit residing in the god statue, and you would become that god for one year. If you currently see or hear spirits and you live a life doing good for others, it could be your turn to be a god in your next lifetime. Another cultural thing: it's not rude to just say someone is fat or ugly😅 So I think that's why they include labels like "chubby" and such on students' profiles. Even teachers and parents will ask children if they're idiots when they do something stupid. An odd aspect of bluntness despite a culture that demands politeness and avoiding confrontation.
