@@BJJforBreakfast Sorry that sounded super negative - great technique on the 80/20, I would just like to see what your hands are doing.

Thanks man I loved this. I did quite well back when I wrestled doing almost nothing other than moves off the whizzer but I never learned this one. Cant wait to try this tommorw at open mat

Great. Let me know how this works for you. This was my go-to throw for years in wrestling and it transferred over great once I started doing MMA and BJJ as well. Good luck!

Great video, thank you so much. I love this sweep but it's easy to forget one or two of the little details and the way you explain it was very helpful. Totally unrelated, but since you asked what we'd like to see..what do you have for over/under passing? 🕷🕸💖
Like most moves in Jui jitsu, I find it works best when paired with other moves. Often a failed leg drag will set up an effective x pass. Or a failed torreondo may set up a clean leg drag. etc.

Really great video. Loved the technique and the instruction is clear. Something that stood out is the audio quality is insane. Voice is coming through clear, but there's no echo or ambient noise whatsoever. That's hard to find in a demonstration. Nice job.
@BJJforBreakfast4 ай бұрын
Thanks. I started wearing a mic a while back when I noticed the audio quality wasn't great in the videos. That helped a lot. Only downside is the mic gets bumped from time to time, but overall, it's still a big improvement.
