With the old part it was very hard to get it to start charging I had to apply pressure on the charger connector and if lucky it would start charging

Invest in plastic electronic tools, such as iFixit's. I cringe when people use metal tools on ribbon connectors. It only takes a 2nd ugga-dugga to tear it, disabling the module. Great video. Appreciate you mentioning putting exact same screw locations to prevent shanking another board behind it, like you've done it before (I have).

I have a problem with the new digitizer, ive checked the digitizer before gluing it, and it was fine, after gluing it back on it started to malfunction... Sometimes it doesnt react to touch, other times it opens random apps and settings even when im not touching it? Ive used a t7000 glue What did i do wrong?
