FYI the Poly bushings will be stiffer and help with improved handling however they will not last anywhere near as long as the oem rubber bushings. So you may be looking at a bushing swap in another 5 or 6 years depending on your environment and usage.

Reading Chilton's was not clear,I was concerned about access and possible spring compressors, etc. But your video shows that the job is WAY easier than I thought originally. Hello. Please tell me if there is such a problem. I have calipers old model (two-piston), they squeak very loudly. After rebuilding the calipers and replacing different pads, the squeak did not go away. I looked at what they should be anti-squeak plates (I don’t have them). Is it possible to make them yourself and what kind? shape should they be? There is also a question about the piston, there are cuts on it, in Which side should the cuts face and does this affect the creaking?

You have a gap on the rear bottom corner of the sliding door, if you fix it, it will help a lot with the noise inside ;)

I changed the fuel filter and cleaned out the carb inlet fuel filter and it worked for a while then same lose of power came back. Do you think the fuel pump could be gunked up ?

Guys.... you MUST have the clutch fully disengaged BEFORE you start (m)any stationary gear shifts. Think of the internals of your gearbox!.... something could well get broken in there!!!.. . De-clutch (use a stick), fit the kit and when you are finished, off you go. The 094 isn't a kid's toy sturing gears. Great Kit, I want one!

My choke pull-down unit isn’t working (diaphragm perished) and you cannot source another one for love nor money. Everyone is sold out. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking maybe block off the tube to the unit then try do adjust the small Allen screw to get the choke flap to open slightly (3mm if possible) when cold. Anyone?
