After you put it in the bag, while it's still somewhat flat, use a cake scraper to scrape down the outside and push the contents towards the tip. It does so more cleanly, and you don't risk as much body heat from affecting it.

Yes exactly! Usually I do this but my new piping bags have a weird texture on the outside of the bag and my scrapers drag terribly over them. I need to go back to my regular bags 😊

It should stay stable as is if the temperature inside your home or workspace is cooler. Now shipping it would be another story. You could add a little cera bellina but it will change the overall consistency.

Soft scrapers like silicone or plastic will push the product down the bag without nicking it. Allows for complete filling of your jars.

Yes, I use those typically to move the product down the bag. These particular bags have a different texture on the outside and are not as flexible
