wholesale supplies plus had a room/body spray that is alcohol based like the catalina one. I have only used it as a room spray base and it worked very well for that.

Hi there, I have used the room and body spray base formerly sold by rustic escentuals. Now WSP carries it. I have only used as a room spray base but it worked really well and also doubles as a body spray base. I use the base from essentials by Catalina exclusively for body spray. I like the rustic escentuals spray for room spray, haven’t really tried for body spray. ☺️
