Hello @miryakubali8461 I believe after 2 or 3 restart cycles it would go away, but if you can try to restart once in the “SAFE MODE” and then simple restart would correct this, as Windows keeps the latest successful startup file. (a side note: I suspect your COMS battery either weak or DEAD) anyways thanks for sharing! cheers

Hello @Editcooker11 Well, I see that you have commented on some other video and if you have successfully removed PIN by following some of my comments, then you just hit Enter with out typing any password, (but let me tell you, your comment have confused me, if you Just removed PIN but still logged in with Microsoft account, it wont help, sign-in password is still intact and you need to enter the correct one

@@RightSolutions sorry for confusing you, is there any way I can create a new password or should I just make a new user id and transfer my files??

@@Editcooker11 Well, creating a new password is only possible by going to Microsoft website, (if you lost access, you cannot), Creating a new ID is the only way that you can get access to your files on this system BUT remember the new ID needs to be with full Administrator’s permissions. Creating an Admin is very tricky process especially when you are unable to sign-in BUT that’s the best solution for you. Best of luck

Hello @Editcooker11 do you have local sign-in by chance? if yes, I can guide you to reset or remove password but if you are signed-in with Microsoft account, then the easiest option is to sign-in to Microsoft website, change or reset your password and use these credentials to get in your system

Hello @emmanuelojooluwatobiloba7571sorry to hear about your troule, I suggest, remove any additional USB device connected to your system, and hope it works! Now you must be wondering why? the answer is; It looks like you have BitLocker encryption ON and BitLocker monitors the computer for changes to the boot configuration. When BitLocker sees a new device in the boot list or an attached external storage device, it prompts you for the key for security reasons. This is normal behavior. CATUTION!! If you do not have a working recovery key for the BitLocker prompt, you are unable to access the computer.

I attempted to sign in to my Microsoft account on my PC. Shortly after, I put my PC into hibernation mode. When I tried to use my PC again a few minutes later, I was unable to log in. On the screen, I saw my Microsoft account name and profile picture, followed by a 'Sign in' button, but there was no space to enter my password or PIN. Clicking the 'Sign in' button did nothing, and occasionally took me to the lock screen. I tried troubleshooting and entered my Microsoft account password, but it was rejected as incorrect, despite using the same password to log in to my Microsoft account on my phone. I urgently need assistance with this issue. How can someone get rid of this BitLocker or how can I resolve it?

Hello @wasimansari9295 I will still suggest try finding new drives form the hardware vendors, but if no luck! then Perform a Clean Boot, Sometimes this do fixes memory integrity incompatible drivers issue. To perform a Clean Boot, follow these steps (procedure may differ a bit depending on Windows ver.); Step 1: Type Win + R to open Run, input msconfig and click OK. Step 2: Navigate to General, choose Selective Startup, and only check Load system services. Step 3: Under Services, check Hide all Microsoft services and tap on Disable all. Step 4: Apply the changes. Then, restart the PC and re-enable memory integrity. It should turn on without any hurdles. restart and check hopefully it will work, keep me posted. cheers

Hello @emmanuel9995 I believe CPU uptime is related to Windows Fast Startup option, try disabling it by ; (procedure may differ a bit depending on Windows ver.) 1. Opening the Start Menu and search for “Power Options” 2. In the Power Options window, click on the “Choose what the power buttons do” link on the left. 3. Under the “Define power buttons and turn on password protection” section, click on the “Change settings that are currently unavailable” link. 4. Scroll down to the “Shutdown Settings” and find the “Turn on fast startup (recommended)” option 5. Uncheck the box to disable it. 6. Click the “Save changes” button to apply the new settings. Do keep in mind that disabling fast startup may have a more noticeable impact on your computer’s boot times, especially if you’re using an HDD. You won’t see a big difference on an SSD system tho. If you don't want to disable fast startup, you can press shift + shutdown and It will really shut down. (but you have to do it evertime single time you shutdown your system) restart and check hopfully it reset, keep me posted. Cheers

@JohnnyBarella, to create a local account with admin rights is a very long proces and you need to get access to your registry editor, and I won't be able to guide you through that very lengthy process through the comment section. if you can afford to lose the data, its easier to refresh your system. Hello @JohnnyBarella I am sorry for replying you very late, If you want to reset you PC without saving your Apps and data, you will not have any problem for doing so, you can have your system setup without any PIN, just leave the fields for PIN blank and Enter, (if it force you to add a PIN, do it here and you can remove hello pin later), about you last question about command prompt asking your PIN, yes, you need to enter PIN otherwise try resetting your PIN if you have access to your Microsoft account. thanks for sharing.

about saving your files and other data, there is a way to create a local user account with the admin's privileges, with this account you will have access to all the data in your pc and you can copy this to any folder or portable drive, if above did not work for you then i will guide you to create that local administrator account.

Type regedit in RUN dialog box and press Enter. It'll open Registry Editor. Now go to following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer In the right-side pane, Right Click >> New >> create a DWORD(32-bit) name it: NoSecurityTab now Double click this newly created "NoSecurityTab" and set its value to 0. click Ok, and close the registry editor, It'll immediately add "Security" tab for all files and folders properties window. If it doesn't add the tab, you can log off, restart your system and check. I hope this should solve your problem, keep me posted. Cheers

@@Gronky152 I am Sorry, I overlooked that as you said it has windows on it, I believe it may have not been formatted with NTFS file system, Security tab only shows on NTFS file system formats, it does not support if the file system is FAT32 or exFAT, please check the "File system" of the drive by Right-clicking, then choose Properties and check the File system under the General tab, if it NTFS, WE CAN DO IT!!!

I can give you a procedure to reset your password for local sign-in and it may take 5 to 10 minutes to get you going but before taking that route, I will suggest you to try my another video about very similar errors, the title of this video is "Forgot PIN or Reset PIN Option is NOT showing up in Windows". @@tanujamehra7124 if you are signed in with Microsoft Account you can go to Microsoft website and reset your login password there and then use these credentials on your laptop. And if you want to reset your system, you will get 2 options there 1. to "keep My Files" in here its possible you need to enter your PIN, and Option 2. "Remove everything" in this option it will prompt you to set new PIN/Password, ( remember in this option all your additional apps and your personal files will be lost).
