I know this video is old but that button on the bottom isnt a “wide open” button sorry its actually a downshift button to shift the car into a lower gear for more torque that gives it a little push on

Thanks, Paul for the videos, but I do have a question if someone could answer I took the alligator clip like you showed in the video and ran it from my pulse modulator over to the positive on my battery and my starter did not kick in, but I can go underneath the car and put power to the starter, and the starter will kick in I replaced my starter and still had the same issue. That’s when I tried it from the starter power and the starter kicks in, but it will not kick in from the pass modulator that wire over to the positive of the battery. The starter will not kick in. Is there something that I’m missing?

GREAT VIDEO! I HAVE A '98 SLK230 (NO HISTORY OTHER THAN IT JUST STOPPED RUNNING) THAT IS NOT ONLY NO CRANK-NO START, I HAVE NOTHING ON MY DASH EXCEPT THE KEY BUZZER....NO WARNING LIGHTS, NO NOTHING. so i just got that problem with my 2002 slk 32 amg. and because of your video i knew exactly were to look. and sure enough i used a magnifying glass and i could see that the soldier wasn't touching the metal stems.. so after re-soldering those 3 spots the car is now starting again.. thanks man...no way would i have figured it out on my own...🙏

Hi Paul....Martien here from the Netherlands. My Crossfire showed the next error twice in a row. When the engine is realy warm and I stop and turn of it will not give the key.... and it says ESP/ BAS light is on. The wing went up and down one time. It is an automatic 2007. After 3 hours I start the car...turn it of and it wil give the key. Stickey key issue is impossible because I fixed that 3 weeks ago. I took it out to prevent stickey key issue. I am a member of the Crossfire club in the Netherlands and some hints are RCM or neutral safety switch problems. What do you think????

I had this issue, although i was confused as my key wasn't sticking in the barrel, it wasnt turning. It got progressively worse, and i almost got stranded, so i didn't want to push my luck. So i used your video as a guide. I've never done this before, and it took me twenty minutes. Thank you!

Is it the same with an a200 2005? I have same issue, no start, but relay is ok. Bridge relay will get engine to start.

Thank you for the video. My car is 97 e320 and I do not see a relay like other E320s instead has this module that you have shown. Recently was stranded in the highway ended up toeing the car home. Car would crank but would not start. Later after the car was toed home, I cranked this time car did start and running fine. Does my problem could be the same as you shown? I did not dare to drive the car since. You said this is for no crank and no start. But mine did crank but did not start in the freeway. Planning to replace CPS and Fuel filter.

Going with these Konis on the four corners on my 04 alabaster white limited ( red interior, manual) this wknd. I put braided brake lines as well ...she is 20 yrs old and still in love with her. I do have the mopar trunk cover as well. Question: w/o the adjustable cap, i assume the metal bar sticks out? Or did you leave the fap for the front on the rear left you dont show?

Just got my skreem work done by Mercedes swap shop in cali. Put everything back in and key turns the engine but it doesnt start the car. Also noticed after cranking the car the key doesnt bounce back to on position. Any help ?
