My battery indicator no longer drops below 4 lines. The battery is 48v and the indicator has worked well so far. How can I fix this? This happened after I used it with the battery almost completely discharged. From 0 lines it went to full without charging the battery. Since I charged the battery, it no longer indicates correctly. Can you help me?

ok, This requires you to fully charge the battery, plug in the display and then take a look after cycling for a distance

i have lcd3. it dosent show speed or watts it only say 0 . when i bike speed only show 0 and the watts only show 0. but doesnt show much battery i have and the speed only shows zero and zero watts. . everything works well pas and throttle. but not speed and watt and battery indicator

Im getting some nois from a dead stop is that normal? It falls like i can hear the magnets pasing in front of the coil.Its not a grinding sound or anything and performance is good. I am very sensitive to sound so it might be just that.

Will you ever consider increasing the number of pedal assist levels from 5 to say 9 on the display LCD8H like bafang displays offer? This is especially helpful for cadence sensor bike setups. More levels means more precise control

@jacksmith4266 your problem could be in your settings when you hold down the plus and minus once and then again, I believe you're pedal assistance is turned off. In the settings position two is pedal assist with throttle. You may just have to hold the plus and minus down once after the bike is turned on. Either way look for those numbers if you hit the power button cycling through the choices

May I know what voltage the notches are set to on a 48v battery? in my case from 52.4 up to 48.5 indicates full battery. on 47.5 instead it loses a notch. in theory the battery should discharge at 40V right?

This "torque arm" looks like placebo. How is this supposed to transfer torque away from the axle?

No, clearly not. This "torque arm" has an elbow where the two pieces of the arm are held together by the screw. That little screw will not resist when the axle turns, pushing the long piece of the arm parallel to the frame. The longer I look at this the more I am convinced that this contraption is absolutely useless at transferring any torque. Please make a diagram with all the force vectors to visualise how it is supposed to work. I tried that and only came to the conclusion that it does not work. Can you make an experiment where you test the torque arm attached to a round axle holder to simulate the case where all the torque is transfered through the torque arm? If you can experimentally prove that it works I will buy it, but I am convinced this contraption is a dangerous scam.

is there a way to shut off the low V cutoff ? its turning off after 5 min riding even with the other v one set to 0 which is -2v (so38v) ??? yet take batt out n reseat turn back on and it reads 48v ish, makes riding impossible.

I've got same problem man. All wiring seem to be good all shit should be right, battery works and somehow motor and throttle doesn't run. I will answer this if I find a solution.

@@yehsnkqwkeyehsnkqwke4678 yeah my motor just hums and doesn't move when I press the throttle. I put a brand new replacement motor on it too and same issue. Also i noticed the connection for the motor was heating up when I tried demonstrating the issue for a video for the company.

They may look alike, but they're not the same model, and this LCD8H only has C14 parameter settings, not C15.

I want to buy a KT LCD8 color display combined with a KT 750W controller, can you give me the references of the controller to buy? Look at the measurements of the KT controller before buying and see if it will fit. What amps do you want? 25a controller? 35a? What is the amp rating of your OEM controller? Do you want to match it or upgrade? Be careful if upgrading you don't go too high! Your battery could die, Your wires could fry.. and down the line so could your motor lol
