I've got same problem man. All wiring seem to be good all shit should be right, battery works and somehow motor and throttle doesn't run. I will answer this if I find a solution.

@@yehsnkqwkeyehsnkqwke4678 yeah my motor just hums and doesn't move when I press the throttle. I put a brand new replacement motor on it too and same issue. Also i noticed the connection for the motor was heating up when I tried demonstrating the issue for a video for the company.

My sodora had almost a full charge and i stopped for about three seconds i dont know if i locked the battery some how but my battery on display is reading dead and its getting no power did i psh something?

​​​​@jacksmith4266 your problem could be in your settings when you hold down the plus and minus once and then again, I believe you're pedal assistance is turned off. In the settings position two is pedal assist with throttle. You may just have to hold the plus and minus down once after the bike is turned on. Either way look for those numbers if you hit the power button cycling through the choices

Mine has a code 4 for throttle failure. Does anyone know how to fix that? It's a Ketles K800 2000W dual motor.
