Questions first. Shortlet in Abuja is a bit cheaper than Lagos and not as stylish, why is that? Abuja is the capital and has an international airport. We ought to see people renting for more than $400/night depending on amenities. Why don’t we have airbnb situations like it’s seen abroad whereby in Canada airbnb tenants tend to live with the home owners.
