I don't know who the camera man is, but whoever he is, he needs to be the one doing EVERY house tour for Nigerian realtors. Bro's camera work was fantastic!!! I cannot tell how how FRUSTRATING it usually is to watch Nigerian mansion tours, because the only thing the videographers know how to do is hold the camera. But this one finished work!! 🔥🔥

I noticed that Nigerian designers love very Ostentatious very loud styles and everything is shiny and marble is in excess. When i look at similar luxury properties in Phuket Thailand it has a much more zen minimalist and nstural style. Thats just more my taste

This property is massive. I love the expansive spaces for all the rooms. The white colour is cool in a way that enhances light reflections. But when will developers consider building in a lush green area that incorporates lawns, flower gardens, and natural vegetations as obtains elsewhere in the world with a long driveway and beautiful, automated gates? I like the finishes, however I think they should have done something different in the kitchen, the white and gold colors are not really appealing for a kitchen of that kinda mansion. secondly the bathroom with whites and black finished should have just been left black all through. instead of all white they should have just kinda played with colours to make it more interesting. that gray wardrobe would have been made black to blend with the black colours of the doors in the room. all my opinions though.

Car garages are a must. No central air? On, no! No landscaping! No VIEW!!!! The kitchen is too small and must be integrated with the living space, and the appliances are not modern at all. The bathrooms are too small with the hideous flow, are too closed in, no windows, I’d feel chlostrophonic in this house. I like the front exterior. All those tiles, but no hardwood flooring to warm up the space. This is a miss!!!!

I don't know, maybe it's just me..... but, why would anyone wanna splurge 2.5 Billion on a house where his neighbors can (virtually) listen in on his conversations???????? If I'm gonna spend that kindda money on acquiring a house, at least I'd want it to have a lotta "real estate"(land). It looks like a beautiful penitentiary......no disrespect intended. You cannot have a beautiful house like this seating right next to everyone else....... you would need a lot of ground between you and the next house. This house would've been the " bomb" if it was situated on the outskirts of Abuja..... with a lot of beautiful green landscape around it. Just my perspective though.
