If you look closely on the front lip, there should be a small arrow. Place the anchor with this arrow pointing upwards. Why? Because the position of the "wings" when opened is important. :-)

I discovered many years ago that the cardboard bottle dividers found in shipping boxes from the liquor store, cut into slats are sturdy and yet thin enough to get under the baseboards and I use them over and over through an entire house of baseboards whether carpet, woodfloor or tile. So easy and they're free.

Well now I thought that would be a great thing years ago. However, being that it's plastic, there's a lot of static and a lot of lint gets caught up in them, I've since switched back to a metal vent. No more static and lint.

I got confused. What works best that is cheap? I certainly don't need 35 caps.

Water flow is key when pressure washing. I made one from my old pump which puts out 2000 psi and 6 Gpm. No zebra strips.

I changed my flapper but it still is leaking into the bowl. I think it is the seal that the flapper seals up. It looks like more work than I wanted but its gotta be done. The water doesn't stop all the way so with that going and my daughters 1hour showers.... its costing me a bundle.

Snap toggles are better than regular toggles, as you don't need to put the bolt through the hanger or whatever you are hanging first. Plus the bolt can be unscrewed without the anchor falling into the wall.
