Thank you so much for sharing this! I am making my second one now and have 2 people to gift to. I am long time crocheter and now enjoy the sentro knitting (also have small Addi) and I'm not really a good knitter, but at least pretty good at crochet. Crochet is a big yarn eater lol. This is great!

Hello! I bought a 48 pin sentro knitting machine a few months ago and it keeps grinding and clicking. My little brother has a 3-d printer so we printed a new gear for the handle but it still clicks… I’ve watched multiple videos and I’m starting to get kinda mad.. what should I do? I’ve also taken it apart multiple times. Any suggestions?

Is this pattern adaptable to a non-mechanical loom?
@StephanieBCreativity13 күн бұрын
@@teresamarch6427 I bet it can be done on a hand loom too. Just use a loom big enough to do the max number of stitches needed for the pieces. You will be working in panels not in the round. I haven’t done this n on hand loom but I imagine it will work. Have fun experimenting!

I just bought the Sentro 22 and it arrived yesterday. Last night I made 2 beanies and right away it was grinding and sticking and wouldn't work with Super Saver. Today I made 3 tiny pumpkins and tried the Super Saver again and it stopped dead. It works for lightweight yarn but it is not smooth. I don't know why they keep selling it with the gear the way it is; why don't they just fix it and charge a few dollars extra? It really bothers me that I'll have to order parts to fix a brand new machine if I want to use Super Saver, but I am glad that this exists. I am very bad at putting things together. I see this video is a year old now; did the guy who made the parts start to include directions yet? Thank you so much for this.

@@craftykat oh I’m so sad to hear that it wasn’t working right out of the box. That is so frustrating. Grumpy head didn’t include any instructions. Personally if I bought it off Amazon I would send it back for a replacement or refund and look for a used Addi Express Professional 22 needle.

@@celestealmodovar1423 did you close the ends, tuck one end inside stuff with poly fill and then pull the drawstring to gather the shorter tube closed? I have made this on a 48 needle Sentro and it came out really cute. If it is really too big you can roll the yarn up and try making it with less rounds. I’ll try and make a quick video on a bigger machine and try to post it before I go on holiday.
