@@Xteaxipn look at the blue hoodie of the guy. I didn’t slap him for that reason. It was a thick padded hoodie. I was afraid a slap would not do the trick because of that. That’s why I used 2 knuckles. I took the risk of messing up my hands for that reason. But open hand is way smarter. I prefer that. But this time that was not caught on CCTV.

First I was sceptical about the channel, as almost all self defense guys are questionable. This channel however is fire. It makes sense. It doesn't sell you some "system". It integrates MMA.

I am showing my age but I had a retired green beret hapkido instructor who always said that walking around with a Walkman and headphones doesn’t protect you even if you are just minding your own business and is just a neon sign to get jumped and robbed. It’s even worse with phones now because they think it protects you. Good analysis. Cheers.
