I praticed muay thai and karate good time of my life but this man actually thought me what to do in real life situation and how to use those skills in real situation. I got in fight in my 41 years which is how old i am only once and it was inevitable and i protected myself and use my skills from controled training in real life situations... i love your palm strikes tehnichques.. teached me hoe to protect myself on street and not fuck up my fists... great teacher, humble man... i hope l get the chance to come to Netherlands on one of your seminars someday.... you sir are pure gold especially in crazy world we live today.. I think I've commented this before, but my gym hosted two IDF soldiers for two days when I was training Krav Maga. Michel's training- hell, Michel himself- reminds me of those guys and how they train. Incredible instruction.

This is good , realy makes oh shit moment you stop thinking whatever you was thinking. There is almost no way that agressor will do anythying if you do this to him, almost 0 chance, you can folow up after very easy. And if you slap balls at same time its over, i think this alone is enough for most people only animal of man will need folow up after this 😁

If you are a decent boxer or puncher, but I think the advantage of the technique in the video is that it doesn't require huge skill- just some practice and a lot of aggression.
