You're warnings saved me Chris. I was using cut breath non-stop with my training with every technique. I noticed I started getting ballooning of arteries on sides of my head, and since then I've stopped. I've got tests done utlra sound/ and MRI and fortunately came out negative.. since I stopped cut breathing (and other personal training methods which could restrict blood Flow) there's been a 75% improvement With the artery inflammation since I stopped I still do internal training, but without cut breathing now. And I will follow your advice and see an acupuncturist as well.. I have some practical questions which I need to ask Can I and should I still do turtle back ,steel back excises and steel body but without cut breathing? Or should stop doing them all together ? Are there any health risks with using "reverse breath"with chi/nei going? When seeking an acupuncturist, do you have any red/green flags that I should look out for to best help with my situation? Lastly, do you have any exercises or courses that you can prescribe me that can negate this injury? I'm happy to pay (though admittedly I'm financially restricted as I'm currently seeking employment) Feel free to reach me personally if you prefer at my email address [email protected] Thanks Chris for helping with my questions and concerns, I think you're a legend mate! 👍

@@internalwarrior2410 womderful to hear this helped you mate. See a good bowen therapist trained in Bowtech or IOS (importance of symmetry) Or A cranio sacral osteopath. They will help you bring the body back to homeostasis. Zhan zhuang can help a lot too. Just don’t push it. A good Traditional Medicine Practitioner will be able to help a lot too. Especially if they have gong fu training too. Where are you based mate? All the best to you.
