I enjoy watching shorts that then connect to a long form video because if I’m just want the recipe and a quick how to short are perfect. But I enjoy all of the other parts of the video that are a part of long form videos that just don’t fit in a short form video.

A Greek version would be phenomenal with ground lamb, tzatziki, feta, dill and topped with a Greek salad (bell pepper, red onion and olives) tossed in a lemon vinegarette. Also maybe a Philly cheese steak (beef or chicken) smothered in onions, peppers, mushrooms and liquid gold cheese...or provolone. A pizza smash burger with Italian sauage, Park and mozz, pizza sauce and all of your favorite pizza toppings. Chicken with a creamy pesto with Parm and mozzarella and grilled onions and sundried tomatoes (don't know if you dislike those too). Chicken or beef enchilada smash burger with meat seasoned with taco type spices, A corn salsa (charred corn, onions, peppers, cilantro, lime juice), sliced avocado or quac, Cotija cheese and drizzled with enchilada sauce and/or cilantro lime crema.

There are restaurants called The Potato Patch in the area I grew up in that specialize in huge, crazy loaded baked potatoes. My favorite are the Philly cheese steaks, but my mom loves the chicken fajita. Loaded barbecue baked potatoes are common in Arkansas too!

People mangle sweet potatoes so often with marshmallows and brown sugar when all they need is salt and butter and not to be shoved in a can

Hello David any my fellow Sock-fans, After years of lamenting that the yolks weren't runny enough for my taste, I discovered a very easy solution. I only cook the whites in ANY recipe and then plop the raw yolk on top. Or in the baked potato you could open it up a bit and put the yolk in the warm filling to warm it up a bit. Enjoy Jim Mexico

Here in the UK we used to love baked Potatoes - you don't see them that often nowadays. I remember as a kid going into a cafe and my mum order Baked Potato and it was enormous I think it was 3 cheeses and caramelised onions with bacon.

Suggestion: mashed potatoes as a sandwich ingredient. Common in goblet sandwiches. I’ve done this a few times while making matzah sandwiches, it’s weirdly effective to hold things together.

First dish could have been a whole lot better if you had really gotten a crisp on the bacon. I noticed a little bit too much flop left, even if you would have broiled the egg to well done I think. That difference in textures would have made it more special.

Its already been said before, but yeah american sweet potatoes are super orange and super sweet. Korean sweet potatoes are much more yellow inside and taste almost like chestnuts. The korean ones dont need any seasoning they are so good!

Ooooh you definitely should try the Korean sweet potato recipe with a real Korean (or Japanese) sweet potato. Kinda deep purple-y on the outside with an off-white flesh on the inside. You think the ones with the orange flesh are good? My god roasted Korean sweet potatoes are on another level. They’re so much sweeter and complex in flavor, and so much creamier in texture. I’d take them over candy any day.
