Interesting. I'm wondering if this paper towel technique might help eliminate scorch marks on the underside of my wood cuttings. It's always a pain in the butt having to take time to sand down scorch marks. I've used a wet paper towel technique with dish soap for engraving glass, but I've never considered trying wet paper towels for the underside of acrylics or wood products. 👍😎

Any particular reason why you took the paper off before you cut?
@arinola11054 сағат бұрын
Will have to try it with thicker arcylic. I use the paper towel method all the time with the thinner acrylic because it eliminates the burn marks on the opposite side of the acrylic as well. Thank you for sharing! ❤

Troy, I’ll tell you why buddy, I enjoy watching the videos you put out but more importantly every company out there should be looking for an innovative person like you. You have the imagination and the mindset to make a lot of money only for yourself for somebody that would provide you that type of opportunity.

How are you able to use Corel instead of Glowforge's design suite? 🧐
@TroytheMakerАй бұрын
Long as the design is made correctly when you upload to Glowforge it will cut or engrave accordingly.

I wish I had Corel Draw skills. I have to look up how to do stuff every time.

I taught myself. That’s why I try to include how I design laser cut/engrave files for lasers. I wish I had a me when I was learning to design for laser cutter. You can learn try a little bit every chance you get.
@casswmsАй бұрын
What design program do you own? You can make this in any laser design program - Lightburn, Xtool Creative Space, Circuit, Silhouette etc. You dont need Corel.
@myhoneyshandmade1077Ай бұрын
Cool video...ever sell any of these?
@TroytheMakerАй бұрын
Thanks a Million. At pop up shops they do well. Everybody has a name hints the initials. Since there small charms it’s high profit margins per sheet of acrylic.
