Laser Cut USA Photo Map | Glowforge

This laser cut USA Photo map I designed is made with cork and acrylic, but instead of trying to cut and fit pictures into each state you can use whatever size image, thumbtacks, string, and paperclips and let your whole photos hang.

I'd replace the cardboard with some thin painted plywood, other than that it's a cool project.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Can you put 3M adhesive sheets on the acrylic first before your cut out the outlines?

Great video Troy! Have you tried using 3M double sided tape? Makes it much easier to attach layers.

Yeah on some projects but when cutting out outlines like the states I waste a lot of tape.
